This fourth floor unit looks out onto the beautiful sugar white beaches, listen to the surf from this recently refurbished unit. Have your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pools, hot tub and a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico. When your ready for a stroll on the beach you'll have just a short walk to get there, the beach is literally yards away.
This unit is tastefully decorated with Tile floors in the living area, carpet in the bedroom, crown molding, and granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely furnished with a 42 inch LCD TV/Blue Ray DVD player in Living area and 26 inch LCD/DVD player in the bedroom.
A brand new memory foam mattress was placed on the sleeper sofa for a more enjoyable nights sleep. The king size bed in the master also has a tempurdic with pillow top mattress that is incredible to sleep on.
Broadband Internet/wifi is available in the unit. The "Guest Closet" has beach toys, umbrellas and room for you to store swimming and beach gear!
There is a huge DVD library available for our guests. We have an xbox already hooked up for your enjoyment also. Bring your own games or play the ones we have provided for you.
The Perdido Sun has been totally remodeled inside and out due to hurricanes in recent years. The lobby and common areas are exceptional and kept immaculate at all times. There is a Fitness Room with new equipment.
Swimming at the Perdido Sun is year round with an outdoor swimming pool and a very nice heated indoor swimming pool with restrooms and shower facilities. Both pools are gulf front. Because the indoor pool is totally glassed in, you can see the beach while you swim. A friendly and helpful front desk is on site. You will feel safe with access codes only for entry to the building after 6:00 pm

What a wonderful week! Your condo was perfect for our family. Breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins was priceless! Our children enjoyed the X-Box during lunch breaks from the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Thanks so much for letting us stay! See you next year!

We love Perdido Key, and Perdido Sun condos.First time in this unit. It was very tastefully decorated and well located within the units.Loved the kitchen, and the view from kitchen .The balcony was totally private,had good views and nice patio set. A lot of time was spent out there,eating and just enjoying the view. The owner was great to work with!

Just arrived today from Indianapolis, IN. What a lovely place to hang our hats for a week. Walked in the front door and it smells good. Out to the beach briefly, but tomorrow we commence serious beach time with our suitcase full of books! Thank you for a great mattress for a great nights sleep. Thanks so much for the binoculars! What entertainment...and cheap! We have enjoyed the DVD collection and lounging and reading on the beach! Lots of rest and relaxation. Lots of reconnecting in our relationship.
