'E komo mai!' - Welcome to Kihei Sands Condominium in sunny South Maui! Choose between our one bedroom, one bath, ground floor units and our two or three bedroom, two bath townhouse-style units. The units are upgraded and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Kihei Sands has recently tiled all the walkway, lanai and patio areas. Because we offer one, two,and three bedroom units, families, friends, wedding parties, honeymooners, reunion groups, and senior citizens choose to enjoy a stay together at Kihei Sands along the beautiful Sugar Beach.
Kihei Sands Condominium is directly on one of Maui’s best beaches. From the pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, stretching for miles in either direction. During the winter months our guests can watch for the magnificent humpback whales in the waters fronting the Condominiums.
The atmosphere is so comfortable here; pupu (appetizer) gatherings on the patio at sunset are common, there is coffee offered on the patio in the morning, and it’s a small enough complex that you can get to know other guests during your stay. We enjoy a very high guest return rate at Kihei Sands.
For nearby dining and shopping options, a small general store and a great sandwich shop are located next door at Sugar Beach Resort. A fresh fruit and vegetable market with Maui produce, breads, cheeses and salsas is a short five minute walk down the beach from here. A large shopping complex that includes Safeway, Hilo Hattie, Outback Steakhouse, Roy’s Restaurant, Starbucks, Maui Tacos, Post Office, ice cream parlours, jewelry stores, and more is located three miles south of Kihei Sands.
The upscale resort area of Wailea is a ten to fifteen minute drive south, where restaurants and shopping abound as well. Nearby Maalaea Harbor is a hub for snorkeling, scuba, and charter fishing boats. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.
