Lucaya is located off McGregor Boulevard in South Fort Myers; very close to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers beach. It's just 13 miles from Fort Myers International Airport as well.

The condo (1700 square feet) is on the first floor and has a secluded set back entrance which gives it a very private feel. The rear view from the lanai is of the forest preserve and its view of the morning sunrise is relaxing.

The unit is beautifully decorated and has quite a few upgraded amenities which give it a warm, comfortable feel. We have also included a 32 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player and HDTV.

The unit has a separate den with sofa, desk and amenities for reading, working or just relaxing.

The clubhouse is quite large and has an extensive workout facility. The pool area is beautiful and very large as well, and includes two simulated beach areas on either side.

Just 5 miles to the east will bring you to the Red Sox training facility and game field. The area is loaded with golf, restaurants, shopping and other activities, including water sports.
