Biscay Pond is a glacial carved lake that is 60 feet deep in the center with excellent water quality for swimming or fishing. The fishing on the lake is plentiful with white perch and bass biting all summer long. Adult life jackets are provided with the watercraft and weekly fishing licenses are available in town.

The cottage is located in Bristol which is five minutes from the town of Damariscotta. The town has many fine restaurants and talented artisans in the local shops.
