  Just returned from an extended stay in this unit and it was wonderful! Doug was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay; prices were great; unit exceeded expectations. My husband is a golfer who had never been to Myrtle Beach, and he's already talking about our next trip. Can't go wrong here!!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  This was an excellent vacation! It totally exceeded our expecations and Doug was very responsive and easy to do business with! The view was just spectacular and the ammenities - FANTASTIC! We are definitely returning to The Prince Resort next year! It's now become our favorite Myrtle Beach destination!

  We returned to Myrtle Beach after many years away, and one of the best parts of the week was staying in this condo. Everything about it was at least as good as advertised, or better. The location is great for sunning, swimming, fishing, walking, whatever. There were good restaurants and entertainment minutes away, and the restaurant at the Prince Resort was great. The condo was clean and quiet, and everything worked. What more needs to be said than that?

  Our overall experience was good. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, however the owner was quick to have it fixed (after hours). The unit is exactly like the pictures on-line.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

  The entire experience was great; I have no complaints. The hotel staff was friendly, cooperative, and helpful, and so was Doug. The IGA store was walking distance away, the parking deck was right across the street, and the pier was right there immediately when you exit the building; plus we all loved the pools/hot tubs on the roof of the hotel. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants to visit the beach.

  We just returned from a wonderful week in your condo. We had such an excellent time. the location is perfect. We have stayed at the resort before, but higher up. we like being lower. Third floor is great. The transaction with the owner was simple and easy. The kids wanted to stay for good. The condo is well equipped and clean. we for sure will be back!!! thanks for the great memories

  My family and I just returned from this wonderful condo. It is perfect. You can sit on the balcony and watch the family on the beach or at the pool (if you get to much sun and have to stay out of it). The third floor location was great for our family of 6. The condo is lovely, well equipped, super clean and extra comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy the week. We think this condo and location is great. We didn't want to go home. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful place. Also, the transaction was super easy. Thanks for the great week and the wonderful adventure

  Our stay was perfect, even though the passing hurricane cost us two days on the beach. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The person he uses locally was equally friendly and helpful. Even the condo staff, who only have minimal responsibility since this was an owner rental, was inviting and helpful. We will definitely make this an annual trip!

  COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!!! THIS CONDO IS EXACTLY THE PIC'S, DOUG WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND GINA....WAS AWESOME!!!! LOVED THE LOCATION IN CHERRY GROVE, EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, CONVENIENT TO ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED OR WANT... WILL DEF BE STAYING HERE AGAIN (of course, if Doug will allow!!)

  direct oceanfront with incredible views at these prices!!! All I can say is what a country. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Had no problems at all and Doug was very accomodating. I have stayed at some dumps in MB and this certainly is not one of them. My family will be back here every year. Thanks Doug....
