In season, see humpback whales from the bedroom window or back lanai. The Ritz Carlton Hotel and D. T. Fleming Beach is a free shuttle ride or short walk from the villa. The Kapalua Resort has just completed some fabulous renovations featuring the additions of a world class Spa, an Adventure Center with ziplines and mountain trails, and award-winning restaurants.
Our guests have celebrated many special occasions in our villa including honeymoons, anniversaries, or a unique vacation getaway. They have always commented how the warmth and comfort of the villa has punctuated a heavenly stay on the top rated island in the world.
This open 1000 square foot air-conditioned villa is an end-unit two story townhouse, with oceanfront views from both levels. Upstairs is a master bedroom and bath with a private sitting area and lanai. Downstairs is a remodeled kitchen, expanded living / dining area, private bath with shower, and a full lanai facing the ocean. The villa has just been updated in 2008-2009, with new paint, carpet, flooring, window coverings, and furnishings enhancing the casual ambiance of this island paradise. If you choose to stay connected to the outside world during your stay, there are two flat screen LCD TV's with Cable and wireless Internet access.
Our guests can walk to two pools on the property - one is at our cul-de-sac. Remodeled in 2008-2009, the pools have bathrooms and shower areas, as well as a covered kitchen area with gas barbecues, and new lounge chairs and tables. There is also a free shuttle bus throughout the Kapalua resort including beaches, shops, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, restaurants, tennis center, adventure center, and two golf courses, including the Plantation Course, home of PGA Tournaments.
The Kapalua location is a short drive away from Kaanapali’s beaches, water sports, restaurants, shops and golf courses. A little farther down the road is the town of Lahaina, for charter boats, dining, shopping, art galleries, and movies.

Thank you Randi for all your helpfulness in making your lovely condo available to us for our anniversary this past September. The location is great for walking out on the point to look west to see the sunset each night as well as to watch the activity on the beach in the opposite direction! Your unit is situated so that you have enough feeling of privacy as well as a sense of expansiveness looking out to sea. There is plenty of sunlight without the afternoon heat of many massive glass units I have seen. We enjoyed the frigate birds above and the massive cumulus clouds. The walk to Kapalua Bay is short…it is easily one of the most beautiful and intimate beaches I have ever seen. My husband snorkeled for 3 hrs one morning! Your villa is also within easy reach of several excellent restaurants, grocery, drug store, etc. without having to fight any major highway traffic. Your new furnishings are elegant and comfortable so we enjoyed our time inside the condo as much as outdoors. In fact we are coming back soon to see all the sights we missed the last time! This is the place to relax, to enjoy the specialness of Maui, and to restore peacefulness to one's life......Mahalo!!

Stayed in July at this townhouse. Loved its brightness and ocean view. It is in a quiet complex and an easy walk to the Ritz Carlton as well as to Napili and Merrimen's Restaurant. For the area, it was a good price. We hope to return one day.

This Kapalua Bay Villa is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The ocean view is magnificent! This end unit is lovely and a perfect place to stay for a vacation in paradise. Kapalua truly captures our hearts!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Located in the peaceful Kapalua community and yet extremely convenient to the Kaanapali and Lahina areas. This was an extremely clean unit and the owner could not have been more gracious to deal with. We were well pleased with this condo rental.

The location and ocean views are phenomenal. This condo's interior has a light and spacious feel. Located in a quiet develpoment, it's a great place to escape for R&R. An added bounus, the owner is a pleasure to deal with: detail conscious, prompt and gracious. I can wait to repeat our stay at this unit.

We stayed at this property with our 2 pre-teens during Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful, relaxing home and the pull out couch was perfect for the kids. The view was spectacular and the Kapaula Resort was prestine. It was like being at our own Island Home.
