The QUEEN sleigh bed with wall-mounted flat-screen TV is sure to please after a day at the beach. The TWIN room has two single beds. The Bunk Room has two bunk beds which allows sleeping for four. All rooms have ceiling fans. An indoor private cabana is available for showering and dressing after using the beach. Two off-street parking spaces are available. Six beach tags are included.
This North End property is located on Ocean Ave. near 1st street. This will surely please those who prefer their space and want a quieter area that is convenient to all the attractions Ocean City is famous for. DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE: Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in: 2:00 p.m. and Check-out: 10:00 a..m.
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your rental. This would become your security deposit. If your deposit is not received within 7 days of your reservation, the week will remain open. After receiving your security deposit, a lease agreement will be sent to you. Half the amount of the rental will be due along with the signed lease. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to occupancy.
