The property's original home and New Resort Style Pool/Spa are placed on a private two acre, live oak-shaded yard. The 4,000 square-foot residence, known as KEMAH BAY BREEZE, is a tastefully decorated home with all amenities. Most rooms offer spectacular views of the pool and bay. A fully appointed kitchen allows for wonderful meals to be served bayside, poolside or under the shade of the oaks. An inviting covered patio offers the most tranquilizing, panoramic view of the bay. A caretaker resides on the property in separate quarters and maid service is available upon request. KEMAH BAY BREEZE is located just one mile from the "Kemah Boardwalk" entertainment district.
