There are two TVs (one big screen), two VCRs, a DVD player and DSL wireless high speed internet with a computer desk for your use.
Beds include two King size beds and four twin beds. Two bedrooms have their own private bath and two bedrooms share a bath with their own private entrance.
FREE court time is available each day at Van der Meer Tennis Center, which also offers lessons and clinics for all ages. Three championship golf courses are just minutes away, including the prestigious Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the MCI Heritage Classic on the PGA Tour.

Our family sadly just returned from Hilton Head 4 days ago and we had an excellent time! We've been traveling to HHI since the early 90s with my parents and usually stay in ocean front condos but in the last few years the island has become so crowded and the beaches are way too packed for our taste. This year we decided to try a private home in Sea Pines to avoid the crowds and chose the Sea Echo. We could not have made a better choice; the beach location was PERFECT! The next closest group of people sitting on the beach were about 50 yards away. It was nice to see that everyone on the beach respected each other's space unlike what we have seen in recent years at the resorts. The walk from the house to the beach is quick and exactly as pictured. The house itself is older and was certainly one of the original homes in the area and is surrounded by 2 larger 5/6 bedroom homes with pools on both sides. The house on the right is extremely close and you will hear/see them (through the trees) when they are outside swimming or hanging out. There were a few late afternoons/early evenings where they were playing music and you could hear it even inside the house but thankfully they were considerate and when they saw us returning from the beach or sitting on the patio they would turn it down. The interior of the house has a great setup; the bedrooms are all quite large and the upstairs living area has a great vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is very small and enclosed feeling so if you enjoy cooking and are looking to prepare/present large meals this may not be the most ideal setup for you. It worked perfect for the 3 nights that the 8 of us ate in and the charcoal grill is a nice benefit (if you are familiar with how to cook on charcoal!), The kitchen/bathrooms/furnishing have not been updated in a long time but everything was extremely clean, well maintained and felt very homey. There is only a small view of the ocean from the deck (which is one thing we missed since we usually stay in ocean front condos) but the secluded beach and the great location in Sea Pines made up for it. This is a terrific house for those seeking to get away from the crowded beaches and truly relax on vacation and the owners are super friendly. Thanks for a great vacation and we look forward to our next visit!!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We really lucked out with the rental of Sea Echo, as we stumbled upon it online. A short walk down the private walk lead to a big, beautiful almost private-like beach. The short walk was key for us as we wanted close beach-access. We especially enjoyed the beach view from the house. Sea Echo had everything we could have asked for from a washer and dryer (a necessity with 3 kids) to separate bedrooms for the kids, to a grill outside. It was clean and well-kept. Everything was as advertised. A very convenient location on Sea Pines- close to everything and quiet. Debby was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Sea Echo to anyone travelling to Hilton Head - fantastic house for a family vacation!

Sea Echo is the best kept secret and best deal for a family vacation home rental on Hilton Head! My family has been coming to stay at Sea Echo for 5 years - we keep returning because of it's prime location - steps from the beautiful, seemingly private beach, stunning ocean views from the house, conveniently located to get to all Sea Pines destinations such as South Beach and Harbour Town, as well as other island amenities outside of Sea Pines such as grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. My children love taking advantage of the pool at South Beach and my husband and I enjoy the access to the nearby Van Der Meer tennis center. The house is the perfect family beach house equipped with everything you need for the ideal Hilton Head vacation. It is a place where we hope to return to for many years to come. It truly is the best value on the beach in Sea Pines!
