Tidewater Beach Resort is an upscale luxury resort on Panama City Beach!! This resort is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage and ready for rentals. You will take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from this brand new condominium, with gorgeous decorating that is most comfortable while you enjoy your stay on the EMERALD COAST!! This is a FAMILY FUN resort with so many amenities on site that your stay will be very full and exciting!!!
The view from the fourth floor is a panoramic view since there are 3 large windows in the living area to look out over the emerald waters!!! WE also have views all around us it feels so open not like a regular long unit it is L-shaped and has so many different views!! To look from the balcony out onto the sugar white beach next to the emerald water is quite stunning!! You will need to get up early as not to miss the sunrise or catch the dolphins playing out in the water!!! The resort itself offers two lagoon pools with spas, 4200 square ft each. There is an elevator and the stairs right outside our unit. The elevators are very speedy!!
Indoor heated pool that sits below our unit, nice and close. Poolside tiki bars, fitness center with a health bar, 5000 square foot conference center, covered walkways from parking deck to condominium, and so much more. This resort has more amenities than any other beach resort in Pana everything in the condominium will be brand new!!!
Pier Park is an upscale shopping and entertainment complex with many things to do and see in walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We chose Panama City Beach because OF THE BEAUTIFUL EMERALD COAST. Also we thought with the NEW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT there will be alot of visitors to the Emerald Coast. Is is the coast for everybody which is so great!! The airport will only be 10 min drive to Tidewater
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love all the conveniences of having the beach/ocean right outside our door along with our own elevator and stairs right outside our door also. The work out room, spa, jacuzzis, sauna etc are just great. We have a theatre in the building along with the Endless Summer Grill what a convenience when you don't feel like cooking or going out and they make great food it is on the 1st floor! Come Down and See Why we love it so Much!! Remember Flip Flops Required!!!

We live in Northern Illinois, my husband is a Forester and I work for a tree company. We love the outdoors especially the beach!! We both love to swim and just enjoy family. We have 2 kids (20 & 16) years old, they still keep us busy. We want people to enjoy our home in Panama City Beach and to relax and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets!!

Hi Jackie, Jonesey and I enjoyed our stay in your Beautiful Condo... we had so much fun, we were content to sit on balcony and people watch the pool ,beach and strip.. It was probably one of the most relaxing Vacations we have had, we usually stay at Top of the Gulf and although it is nice there nothing compared to your immaculate Condo... the layout was perfect for us.. The restaurant on site was a plus when we didnt want to go out in traffic, we loved everything about the location to Pier Park (Margaritaville) and this was our first year to walk out on the pier and take pics which I highly recommend to anyone who visits the Most Beautiful Place on Earth.. Thanks again for being so easy to work with on the Nights we needed.. I consider you a friend (with a beach condo in Panama City Beach)lol We will see you next July ... My family came down for the USFA World Series Softball Tournament. We were very pleased with the location of condo. The ballpark lights are visible from the balcony. Our teen enjoyed all the amenities the resort offered. The view from the balcony is magnificent. I enjoyed my morning coffee each day out there. The condo has all you need in it for a great stay. We will stay again! Thanks Jackie for sharing your vacation home with us.

We stayed at this condo in May and it was just beautiful, the unit is decorated like a tropical paradise. The properties amenities were awesome! Pool(s), beach, fitness center. If your thinking of staying at unit #418, do it. Bring your Flip Flops!
