Bright, open and airy floorplan located on the 3rd (Top) floor! Watch the beautiful Florida sunrise from the privacy of the Master Bedroom or Balcony overlooking the Ocean! This condo also has terriffic views from the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own entry. The third bedroom has another Queen bed and Twin Bunk beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. This condo is an end unit - so there are extra windows throughout.
Located between the 800' Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's. Stroll down the beach to the pier for some live entertainment, a meal or to go fishing at the end. Within a 10 minute drive you'll find the Merrit Island Mall, the Movie Theater, lots of great restaurants, fast food and the hospital.
Take a nap or relax in the reclining outdoor chairs on the balcony. There is always something different to see everyday. It's fun to watch the cruise ships come and go from the balcony. Swim in the heated pool or in the ocean!
