COUNTRY INN:(4-BEDROOMS)
is a comfortable 3,000 square foot, family style home with 4-bedrooms (2 queen & 2 king beds) large living room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen, formal dining room , large covered deck and covered parking. $425.00 per night plus tax 15.95% up to 8 people. $25.00 per person after 8.
THE COTTAGE-(2-BEDROOMS)
is a 1,700 square foot home that gives you the feeling of a country lodge. 2-bedroom (both king beds) Living room has floor to ceiling scenic windows and wood stove, full kitchen, covered parking. $225.00 plus tax 15.95% up to 4 people. $25.00 per person after 4.
GUEST HOUSE (1-BEDROON)
is 1,200 a square foot home attached to the main house. You'll have a beautiful view of the fountain and circular garden. There is 1-bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed in the living room, 1-bathroom, large living room with gas fireplace, eat-in kitchen as well as an additional formal dinning area. $ 125.00 per night plus tax up to 2 people. $25.00 person after 2. Must be 25 or older. 4-night minimum.

My guest and myself loved the setting of the lake house ,it was a great place to stay with 10 friends. The house was clean and was perfect for us, I woke in the mourning to find deer walking in the back yard, the lake was perfect view. We all was very happy with the house and it has set the mark very high for any place I stay from here out. Thanks Kenny

Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Lake House, a perfect retreat-like setting. We enjoyed all the farm animals on the huge property, especially the two sweet baby donkeys. The house is huge but cozy, the yard is perfect for throwing a football or hitting golf balls! Our chocolate lab loved it, too!
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My new wife and I spent out first married night together in the cottage. It was wonderfully decorated and I couldn't ask for anything better. The staff there was delightful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

We stayed at the Cottage earlier this year with our 4 small children (ages 7 and under). It was clean, and most importantly in a great safe area! We were very concerned from some of the reviews of other places, and Memphis is a high-crime town, but our experience there was fantastic! We felt very safe staying here, and it was somewhat secluded if that is even possible in the middle of a city. There is yard for the kids to run around in and a nice pond w/ ducks to feed. The rooms were big, a computer is there w/ internet access, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was all very clean. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit Memphis.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
