Your family can enjoy a friendly neighborhood community pool with a hot tub (that is kept nice and hot) that is a two minute walk. Community activity center has tennis, pool, hot tub and well equipped fitness center and pool table.
Gulf Coast beaches are within 20 minutes. For an afternoon or evening, visit the town of Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island. Gasparilla Island is a fabulous resort island featuring beautiful beaches, historic buildings, great variety of restaurants, charter fishing all set within a quaint old Florida style setting. Also a 20 minute drive to Punta Gorda, Venice. Sarasota and Siesta Key are approximately 60 minutes away. Sarasota features Mote Aquarium and high end shopping.
In addition, you are a within 10 minutes of a major shopping center, modern grocery stores and more eateries than you can count. If we didn't have to work, we'd be there all winter.
