Beautiful Mas, oriented South and West, overlooking the Château des Baux de Provence. Surrounded by olive and apricot orchards, this beautiful 16th century property will enchant you with its ambiance and entice you into long promenades of discovery.

On the outside you will find a large terrace with a wonderful view of the Château des Baux de Provence, a translucent and sun-drenched pool, and orchards where you can enjoy the sweetness of Provence. Inside the house there are comfortable rooms that encourage rest and relaxation, a well-equipped kitchen where you will find all the conveniences you need, and a living area and library that will seduce you with their comfort and refined decoration.

Enjoy promenades in the Alpilles - visits to the lovely villages in the area - discovery of the cuisine of Provence - and cultural evenings at the local Festivals. The charming villages of the area bustle with activity and color. And the local artisanal and farmer's markets are famous throughout Europe. Market days (les jours de marchés): Wednesday St Remy (beautiful but get there early!!!), Thursday Maussane, Friday St Martin De Crau, Saturday Arles. And finally, one should not overlook the 'Routes du vin de Pays' where one can sample the wonderful wines of the region.

                        We spent the most wonderful week here. The house is utterly beautiful, the gardens delightful and the surrounding countryside wonderful. A lovely holiday in a beautiful place. We would certainly go again and could not recommend it too highly.

                        Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

                        The location of your mas was stunning. The view upon the ruins of les baux castle were beautiful. It is a great location placed close to Maussane and Ste. Remy de Provence and many fine vineyards and olive mills. Don't miss Pizza Brun in Maussane for great pizza.
