This place has it all. Tastefully decorated, nicely furnished, and fully equipped, roomy, comfortable, and modern two-story condo in Provincetown’s quiet East End. For the 2011 season we have replaced all windows and patio doors, had new stairs and upstairs flooring installed, refreshed the decor, and refreshed the outdoor paint and decks.

First floor features beamed ceiling and sliding glass door entrances from both living and dining areas onto 160 square foot screened porch overlooking unspoiled conservation land. Gas fired stove for cozy evenings.
Telephones, answering machine, and wifi. Cable TV + DVD player upstairs and down, downstairs stereo with iPod connector, upstairs boombox. DVD and music library. Great books and games. Dishwasher. Washer and dryer in complex. Two parking places (rare in Provincetown).
Your serene retreat for romance, contemplation, study, or art, yet a 20 minute walk to all the shopping and frivolity of colorful Commercial street. Restaurants nearby. Two blocks to public beach or motel with pool and free evening movies. Leave your car at the condo and hop on the summer shuttle to Herring Cove or Race Point beaches, or bring your bicycle and explore the paths through the dunes. Pleasant walk or quick bike ride to the center of town.
