Year Purchased: 1995
I'm a retired attorney and I spend half of my time in Mexico, having owned property in los Cabos since 1991 when I fell in love with the area and Casa del Mar in particular.
Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
The resort is very low density with beautiful grounds ideally located in the middle of the corridor between San Jose and San Lucas. This condo had the most amazing views of the entire resort. I was also looking for a top floor unit for privacy and having the master suite on its own floor was a big plus.
