The Lake House is a stunning lake view villa on the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort just off 192 and a genuine 10 minutes from Disney. Close to International Drive, shopping and restaurants.
The villa is tranquil with a stunning view of the natural lake which is not overlooked. It is fully air-conditioned (upgraded this year) with wireless internet access,and cable TV in all rooms. The oversized pool deck has comfortable loungers, dining area, a barbecue and optional poolheat. It has four bedrooms, a master, queen, twin and kids room with a sleeper queen in the lounge and full range of baby equipment. It has a games room with football and pool table and a PS-2 and games console (games, videos and books provided). We upgraded our furniture - no expense spared - no package furniture but luxurious comfortable units. New for March 2008 is internet access.
This is a truly beautiful villa and the resort offers a jogging trail, lake walk, clubhouse with games and exercise room, internet access, bar and coffee room, tennis and volleyball and communal pool to pamper teenagers. It is close to Disney and International Drive. This vila caters for all tastes young and old.

We wanted to thank you for allowing us the use of your vacation home. It was all that we expected and more. Your home allowed our stay to be very comfortable, especially after our long days at Universal Studios,,,,,,!!!!! Our children greatly enjoyed the game room and pool area. The pictures on the web were weary neat but in reality the villa was even better. So we where very happy with the stay in Lake Berkley. I can gladly recommend your villa to all my friends and to be honest with you we all ready miss the villa. just a line to thank you for all the assistance and consideration you have given over the last few weeks. As regards the villa, it exceeded our greatest expectations, first impressions on entering are jaw dropping, coupled with all of the facilities and location it truly is a perfect choice.Also the site management must be congratulated on the codition of the site i.e. garden maintenance, site cleanliness and security. My only reget is that we did not book it for a month, we hardly had time to enjoy the villa, especialy the swimming pool, we only used it twice, the second time being on the Friday afternoon when you kindly allowed us to stay over until mid-afternoon.
