Welcome to Dunes of Seagrove 407-A (Located at 396 Lakewood Drive in Seagrove Beach, Florida), where seclusion and luxury await you! This unit comes complete with designer furnishings and is located on the 4th (top) floor. The colors are lively with just the perfect amount of accessories to give the condo a light and airy feel with custom and original artwork. Your private tiled balcony, boasting 400+ sq. ft. and offers spectacular sunrises and eastern coastline views.
This unit is approx. 1,650 square feet. The living room features a microfiber couch, loveseat and two oversized chairs and a 60-inch mounted plasma TV with Bose DVD/CD/Surround Sound system.
The master bedroom makes you feel like royalty with a king-size four poster bed and a sitting area overlooking the water. It also has a 42" wall mounted plasma screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player along with a CD Stereo system.
The front bedroom features a bunk bed, twin upper bunk, full size bottom bunk and an additional twin size trundle bed (sleeps 4). It also has a flat panel TV with built in DVD as well as a CD stereo with I-Pod docking system.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and the unit has access to wireless internet.
There is a covered parking spot underneath the building and on-site parking lot is provided if needed for any additional cars.
Dunes of Seagrove has a 7,500-square-foot lagoon style swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, conference facility, sauna, hot tub, and barbecue grills.
During your stay at Dunes of Seagrove, be sure to try the Old Florida Fish House, Bud & Alley's located in Seaside, or Cafe 30-A for dining experiences. The Red Bar, located in Grayton Beach is a wonderful "funky blues" restaurant with nightly jazz bands.
No vacation would be complete without a "Sunday drive" or bike ride along scenic Highway 30-A (over 16 miles of bike trails) or for guided tours, be sure to check out Deer Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park. Dunes of Seagrove is conveniently located between the towns of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Local bike rentals available.

DIRECTIONS TO DUNES OF SEAGROVE: From Highway 98, turn south at CR 395. Follow until you reach the stop sign on 30-A. Turn left onto 30-A and follow until your reach Lakewood Drive on your right (just past the lake, about 2.5 miles). Turn Right on Lakewood. Go straight at the stop sign and follow until you reach Dunes of Seagrove, which is the 4 story building on the Gulf of Mexico.
