This was our first time coming to Costa Rica and it by far exceeded my expectations. It was perfect. If you are unsure about where to stay, look no further... Paradise Breezes is the spot and has everything you need. If your looking to enjoy the culture and lifestyle, Dominical is your place. There are gorgeous beaches, great surfing, great people and unreal food. I could write a book on how much I fell in love, it was so hard to leave!! If you do go, make sure you have Wilbert come and cook you a fantastic meal!!!

Most wonderful vacation!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the village in Dominical. We had a terrific time, the house was more than perfect, the property manager Edgardo was always willing to help us and support us during our stay, even able to do jobs that Im sure did not belong to his responsibilities. The welcome package was awsome! and the fact of having a housekeeping every day was more than great when you are vacationing!. I fully recommend this place to everybody who will love to have a relax and wonderful vacation... make sure you ask for Edgardo!

I stayed in Villa Exotica for during the month of february. My vacation was unbelievable. The Villa is beautiful with incredible ocean views and with all the amenities desired (ie. swimming pools, hot tub, gym,etc.) The Villa has an incredible kitchen which is fully stocked with plates and silverware. In addition to the beautiful architecture of the Villas and the splendid location, the Villa comes with its own conceirge which facilitated many of our daytime adventures. After spending this one month in Dominical, I am certain that I will come back and be able to experience the 'Pura Vida" another time.

Truly Paradise

This place was the most beautiful, peaceful place I have ever been. The patio/pool/hot tub area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean. The concierge service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for a couple or group of couples of friends who want to get away.

This was the best vacation we've ever taken. The concierge was very helpful, the staff was very polite and punctual, and the villa itself is beautiful. In addition, the villa maintains a private atmosphere that is totally conducive for a romantic getaway.

Villa Pacifica at Paradise Breezes is wonderful. The concierge is great and helped our group with any thing we needed. The pictures from the internet do not do the villa justice as they are incredibly beautiful and well kept. I would come back in an instant and it will be really hard to leave. It is definitely one of, if not the nicest place I've stayed in. I would recommend staying at any of the villas just to see the sunset!!!

Paradise in Costa Rica

From the first moment I stepped into the villa, I felt as though everything was perfect and luxury was a priority at this resort. The rooms were spacious, appliances accessible and up to date. The villas had a friendly staff and amazing view in each of the four locations on the mountain side. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. All the activities I could want were within minutes and the infinity pools made it hard to leave. As a medical student studying for the month here, the villas were definitely an excellent value.

We stayed at Villa Pacifica and it was everything and more that we had imagined. The house was perfect for us and the other couple we vacationed with and the service was top notch! Edgar was there to answer any questions we had and offer up great recommendations. Paradise Breezes has customer service as their top priority! The grounds of the property were lush and full of life and we enjoyed walking around in the private drive/property to explore the wildlife. Costa Rica is high on our list for a second trip and we will stay at Paradise Breezes when we do!

Our time in the Villa Pacifico could not be better. The villa was fully equiped to make your stay as confortable as possible. The staff is very professional and do everything in their way to make your vacation a great experince, but giving you the privicy to relax and enjoy your time with the family. the villa is very spacius and well distribute so the family is integrated pefectly, but with your own space when you need it. All for all it was one of the best vacation I've had with my family.

This vacation has lined up to its name, "Paradise". I must say that the views are so great, that they seem unreal. The home, "Pacifica" is well appointed. As a family we've stayed in a few rental homes in different places, but Villa Pacifica has surpassed them all by far. The second we arrived we were welcome by Ray, the most friendly personality and warm smile you can receive. The sliding doors were opened by Ray to reveal a clean, no super clean house. Our chef Wilberth and David welcomed us also with a friendly smile (Not to mention delicious food). The following morning Rosa + Ana (The maids) arrived. They were so friendly and cleaned so well. They were so professional and hard working. Diego made sure our pool was sparkling clean every day. The backyard and grill was immaculate. I cannot conclude this comment in this guestbook without making another mention by how Ray was at our beckon call for every need we had. He was so punctual, professional and courteous. Thanks Ray for a job well done. All the correspondence back and forth, the extra cooler delivered so quickly. Ray was always a dial "0" away and one ring. Thanks again! Costa Rica has some of the nicest people we've ever met. Thanks for the comfortable home to experience all Costa Rica has to offer. Miguel, Michelle, Ashley, Sophia, Manuel, Maria, Domingos and Lulu. P.S. There were two other maids that came that I don't know their names, but they were of course great and hard working ladies.

The trip here was long and hot, but definitely worth it. In all my life I've never had a better vacation. This beautiful house has everything I could ever want: A majestic view, cozy and well-placed furnishings, kind and great service, Luxury I've never had, Wildlife, Sunsets, and wonderful details. Along with the house, I've fallen in love with Costa Rica and its natural diversity (Something you would never get in New Jersey). So many colorful bird and butterfly species make their homes in the habitat surrounding this wonderful house. I appreciate the environmental consciousness the house provides, and all of the experiences it has given me. I plan on returning in my future and will definitely choose this house for my next visit here in this amazing country. I will never forget this breath-taking vacation. Thank you for everything! Our visit from wet northern California was a wonderful experience. Our adult children were with us and we zip lined, animal and insect watched, snorkeled, and had a wonderful time. All our little problems were seemingly easily solved by Ray. Lost luggage appeared the next day. The perfect car rental for 6 met us at the airport. Dinners in the home made by chef Wilberth were a special treat. All thanks to Ray. With the exception of the road, everything was perfect and we would love to return. The Jensen family

A Wonderful Family Vacation

The property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. It is away from the heavily touristed areas of Costa Rica. The jungle, beaches, zip lines, bird watching, and restaurants are all available without the crowds. NO GOLF if that's important. The property has a wonderful chef. The manager, Ray, can make arrangements for just about anything you could possibly think of. We traveled with our adult children and their spouses and the shared adventure will always be special family memory.

Second time at Paradise Breezes, what can we say? We fell in love with it even more. The surfing was very good - lots of fun waves at Dominical. The weather this time was excellent (3 hrs rain) + love this house. I don't want to stay anywhere else. Next year will be 3 years at Breezes (Now a preferred Customer) ha ha. Cleaning ladies and ground keepers were all very nice and hospitable. Amazing what a simple wave or smile does to vacationers and locals. Ray is a fine person, and he is on top of every phone call we made to him (Start surfing buddy) We will be the only visitors that have stayed 3 years at breezes next year, that's a record. To all - have a wonderful and healthy 2009. See you next year. Rick, keep up the good work here. The gym is fantastic. It helped get the kinks out after surfing 4 - 5 hours each day getting worked over by white water. Keep progressing and good luck in your endeavors. My husband and my parents truly enjoyed our stay here at Villa Pacifica! It is so beautiful and serene. We enjoyed watching the birds, the sloth, butterflies, hummingbirds, iguanas + the toucans right from the porch! Thanks to Ray for all the insiders tips... The waterfall, Tortilla Flats, Manuel Antonio, Agua Azul and the dinners at Coconut Spice. Our favorite part of our stay was cooking with our personal chef, Wilberth! The guacamole and pico de gallo was perfect! The fruit salad and olives was great. The seared tuna and wasabi sauce and/or mango sauce superb! and my husband loved the arroz con leche! Muchas, muchas gracias para todos! The Studinger and Truman Family!

Our entire crew of 9 had a real blast. We explored the caves, swam in the ocean, drank plenty of margaritas and bottles of wine. Dear Villa Pacifica, we had such a wonderful time this week. From the infinity pool that was gorgeous, to the Jacuzzi, surround sounds and Ray! Life couldn't be better here, and we are so fortunate to have had such a trip. Make sure to zip line, ride horses, drink too much, and play dominoes, then follow it up with a dip in the Jacuzzi while it rains. Dear Ray and Staff, you all exceeded expectations! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is our 2nd time renting this house. We were here last July 4th. We loved the view, the people, the night in the jungle, and best of all - Ray - so nice, personable and warm. The maids were very creative with arranging my son's stuffed animals, and finally, the 3 massages were magnificent. You guys are the best. Thanks for all. We'll be back!

Bill, Sally, Penny, Sammie, Danielle, Ella and Josie would like to share with you a list of the wonderful things we accomplished as family of seven for eight days. Ages ranges from 67 years down to 4 months. 1. Magnificent house (Specially the pool) 2. Very friendly people with magnificent smiles and hospitality 3. Wide variety of places to eat at 4. Surfing lessons for the family (Except grandma and two little ones) Showing mom and dad that it's not as easy as it looks. (South wave in Dominical) 5. Horseback riding at Don Lulo's on the road to San Isidro's with breakfast, lunch and beautiful waterfall swimming included (Get the 8am start) 6. Hacienda Baru for the very challenging hike to the canopy and light zip line rides down. They go from 8am to 2pm (Start early) 8. All the fruit purchased at the fruit stand 9. The challenging ride on the roads; which rocked the baby to sleep each time 10. And of course the beautiful sunset each night.

This place is named perfectly. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The spectacular layout of the villa is surpassed only by the breathtaking view from the balconies. We lucked out choosing this spot for our "Wedding" (on the balcony) and "Honeymoon". We have just begun to scratch the surface of activities available. Beginning with the delectable feast prepared by Wilberth for our wedding, jungle hiking to the waterfalls, mountain biking, zip lining, dolphin tour, complete with an incredible display of dolphins frolicking in the sea, snorkeling, a day trip to Manuel Antonio, and afternoons on the numerous secluded beaches. As far as the first class treatment from Ray, I cannot thank him enough. His warm and kind nature are such as asset to the entire "Costa Rican Experience". Rick's clever vision and creation of this tropical paradise is most impressive. But, Ray's heartwarming personality creates the "magic" that makes dreams come true. From the bottom of our hearts thank you both!

Dear Paradise Family, thank you so much for a perfectly relaxing and enjoyable week in this gorgeous luxury refuge with so much style and the amazing nature right outside (We had our own sloth with baby right on a tree next to the pool! Thanks also for the awesome tips for dining in the area, great places with great food! (Tortillas Flat in Dominical for a relaxed lunch right on the beach, La Parcela for a fantastic view, Exotica in Ojochal for best international food and the Thai right here in Dominical for wonderful spicy curries). Everybody (you all) was always so helpful, forth coming and charming! We really don't want to leave our little paradise here and we definitely will be back for more sunsets (To enjoy the best from the pool or on a comfortable lounge).

Thanks to entire staff at Paradise Breezes! 3rd C.R. Vacation, 1st at Paradise breezes. Unbelievable workmanship and architecture. Me, being a landscape contactor (NY) found it beautiful and well done. The calmness, the porch, pool, and view brought to me was astonishing to the point where I couldnt believe it. Rick hospitality was excellent and caring. You and the staff made us feel at home, very comfortable. Our two guests that were here for the 1st week were in awe. From the cleaning ladies that we conversed with a few times to Cesar taking care of phones and being there whenever we needed him. Ray is on his way to being a fine manager of affairs. From booking tours to info on areas to visit to setting up the truck return in Quepos. Thank you Ray. The service that Jason provided us was top of the line. Everything was always so clean when we woke up everyday. I wish you all the luck with your new born coming July (08). You will be a good father. The rest of the credit goes to C.R. Forty one hours of surfing, 10 excellent days of waves and every second and video. I hope it holds me over till next year. Burgers and Caesar Salad at San Clemente were excellent. The tenderloin medallions at La Parcela were out of this world (Try them). The house is gorgeous. Barbecue and Jacuzzi Priceless! We will be back this year. P.S. Thank you internet for allowing us to find this "Best Kept Secret." What a terrific place, Rick and your entire team have created not just a place, but an experience. Rick, thanks for creating the house. Cesar thanks for setting us up with the rafting. Horseback riding, snorkeling and zip lining. We had a blast. We arrived in a driving rainstorm to San José. Our flight was cancelled to Quepos so we took a taxi over the mountain. After a 4 hour journey, we picked up our car in Quepos and made the adventurous trek to Paradise Breezes. It was wonderful to arrive at this beautiful Oasis! Rick had the kitchen fully stocked! We awoke the next morning to a beautiful sunrise and beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We spent sometime in Dominical everyday and got to know the local scene. We took a zip line tour of the rain forest and saw many beautiful animals. Friends in Dominical took us to a beach just south of Dominical where the waves have beat a beautiful and magical cave out of the mountain. We also hiked to a gorgeous waterfall and took mudbaths! We have enjoyed bautiful sunsets and all of the wonderful amenities of this secluded paradise in the forest. Thanks for enhancing this fantastic experience to Costa Rica. We appreciate Cesar and Rick for being awesome hosts. See you next time!

Villa Pacifica is truly paradsie. Our Family had a magnifico time. Rick, you have managed to create a wonderful place that everyone who comes here will want to return to again and again. We have never felt so pampered. Cesar, Jose and the girls were all outstanding. You obviously spared no expense when creating Paradise Breezes. Our first trip to Costa Rica has been a magical experience. Casey's persistance in finding just the right property certainly paid off with the location of your website. Rick's enthusiastic answers to our many questions via email were so appreciated. His directions and personal availability were wonderful! Arriving in San Jose and driving to Dominical was "challenging", we may take the hop flight to Quepos next time and pray the road gets paved although, our little "Be Go" from Europcar served us well. This awesome home is such a match for the magnificent scenery which surrounds it day and night! We have loved every moment here and will include its peaceful memory in our dreams. We wish to recommend a few things. Hacienda Baru for great introduction to the wonders of a rain forest. We learned a great deal from their guides. Every meal we had was excellent. Some ourstanding dining can be had at "La Parcela" and "Cuna del Angel". The smoothies and sandwiches at Chapy's next to Blow Fish surf shop were yummy. Coconut Spice Thai was excellent, too. We loved our day at Manuel Antonio, such an awesome park, gorgeous beaches, monkeys, birds, and walks in the jungle. Lunch at "El Avion" or "Ollies Folly" was fun as well as delicious. Our deep sea fishing trip was a success. We caught a 500 pound black marlin - 'almost'. He won his freedom after an hour of spectacular jumps and back breaking effort to get him near our boat. Charter through Cuna del Angel was perfect. The appreciation we feel for the staff here cannot be overstated. Our house, patio and pool were always perfect. Everyone was professional, punctual and so accomodating. Cesar's english and quick repsonse to any request were commendable. We wish him well in his class. Thank you for making our 1st and 40th anniversaries just perfect!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at the Villa Pacifica. The staff were so amazing. Cesar, Jose and the two women who cleaned the house went out of their way to make our stay special. The house is lovely & the view is spectacular. We very much enjoyed our tours at Hacienda Baru, especially the early morning mangrove tour. We will definately be coming back again. Until then, we will have our photos and our memories to remind us of our wonderful stay at the Villa Pacifica

This Villa was perfect for a family reunion/vacation. The property is gorgeous, beautiful metro-chic decor, every techno amenity and spectacular views. One of the highlights was to get up early and watch the parrots and toucans fly between trees right in front of the deck. The flowers and landscaping were right out of a landscaper's dream! The hike up to the villa from the parking area was 63 steps--okay for all of us, but not for elderly or very young kids. Our group of all healthy adults got stronger over the week from the stairmaster! The local chef was terrific and prepared a great meal. We also enjoyed the gas grill on the pool deck as well as the fresh fruit that was provided. Be prepared to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle and avoid this property if you have a bad back as the road in the area is unpaved and quite bumpy. It got to be a challenge to navigate the washboard each day as we went to the beach, to town or on a nature explore. Enjoy the Pura Vida here!
