Blue Bayou is located on the sound side of Kinnakeet Shores in the village of Avon. This comfortable vacation home has expansive decks with lake views and incredible sunset views over the Pamlico Sound. The ground level has a large parking area, fish cleaning table and charcoal grilling facilities.
The first level has a large game room with wet bar, pool table, entertainment center and laundry room. This level has easy access to the lakefront heated pool with hot tub and double showers. Bedroom one, with pyramid bunk bed, has private access to nearby full bath.
On second level, all four bedrooms have private access to two full baths and private lakefront deck access.
The third level features a huge great room with cathedral ceilings, entertainment/living area with home theater system, fireplace, and sun decking. Bring your best recipes to the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and nearby 10 person dining table. King bedroom six is the master with access to a full bath and lakefront deck overlooking the pool.
Lake views in the front and back have abundant geese, ducks and sea gulls for your enjoyment. You will never be blue at Blue Bayou!
This vacation rental home is a Saturday turnover with a 10:00 a.m. check-out time and 4:00 p.m. check-in.
