That’s the feeling you get from this charming home (once part of 1890 housing for glass factory workers) w/exposed brick interior, tucked away on a water park street in Eastport, 1/2 block from the water and with a view of the Naval Academy Sailing Center from your bedroom. Eastport is a walker's paradise and the home of the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Four of Annapolis' finest restaurants are within 3 blocks and there are three deli/coffee shops nearby.

City Dock and downtown are an easy 10-15 min walk, or during summer season you can take the water taxi – 1 block away. Downtown Annapolis not only will satisfy the appetite of the best shopper, it includes other attractions: Historic Annapolis walking tours, US Naval Academy, St. John’s College, Banneker-Douglas Museum, Maryland's WWII memorial, and the list goes on. There always seems to be an event going on - St. Patrick's Day races, Race across the Spa Creek Bridge, Academy Commissioning Week, St. John's croquet match with the midshipmen, Summer Theater, Free concerts at City Dock and the Annapolis Maritime Museum, Wednesday night sailboat races, fall Sail and Power Boat Shows, Eastport's Tug O' War. Or, if "chillin" is your thing, just plunk yourself down on the bench in the park and watch the boats sail by.
