Rate Details (In US Dollars)
HIGH-season (Memorial through Labor Day): $1000 + 7% NC tax = $1070/week.
OFF-season (rest of year): $700 + 7% NC tax = $749/ week.
Cashier's or personal check should be made payable to IT Mystic, LLC.
50% deposit is due to reserve (refundable until 60 days prior).
Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit is $250 (separate check).
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We do NOT rent shorter than weekly.
Monthly & seasonal rates are available upon request.
