Palmwood Villas is a family oriented condominium and not as crowded and congested as most of the hi-rise condos. Space per person is greater and with fewer people you can quickly come to know your neighbors, or if you prefer, avoid them. This being a unique and well-kept complex many people return year after year.

This is a second floor, ocean front, and corner unit overlooking the beach as well as a beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area that is kept clean and neat at all times. This condo has one of the best views of any at Palmwood Villas. There are very few condos anywhere on the beach that has a view as nice as this one. From the screened porch you have an unobstructed view of the beach in both directions. You also have a good view of the ocean from almost every room in the condo. WE OFFER FREE HIGH SPEED DSL TO OUR RENTERS.

This condo is nicely appointed and kept up to date by regularly upgrading. Master Bedroom has king-size bed, private bath with entrance to porch and overlooking beach. Second bedroom has two single beds. There is a full size pull-out sofa bed in living room. There is also a resident manager on duty.

There is lots to do and see in the area, whatever you enjoy you can probably find it here from relaxation to entertainment.

The Myrtle Beach area is the second most visited area in the Southeast behind Orlando, FL.
