Keywords: Condo location allows you to enjoy resort style accomodations while also taking advantage of usual condo's confort and "at home" feel like accomodation, including free internet (not wifi, but via wire to your laptop). The complex offers great amenities: ocean front pool and hot tub by the sunsets, beach, games (tennis, golf putting, and more), etc.
You can windsurf, kitesurf, paddle board and kayak right from the beach on the property !
Paddle board or kayak out 300 feet from the beach and you have turtles swimming around you all the time let alone the beautiful glue-gree water and underwater corals.
In season, some kayakers were even able to experience whale watching about 1000 feet from the beach !
Outstanding "manicured" gardens and pool areas, with gas lines BBQ. Hot tub and pool located to enjoy the sunsets.
Tennis courts right by the ocean (allowing to enjoy ocean view while playing, as well as the coolness of the morning time or the breeze at the end of the afternoon).
Recently remodeled condo: tiled floors, tiled wall shower and more. Although only 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms make the shower time much easier. And the living room has a hide-a-bed sleeping two, and the hallway has a bunk bed sleeping 1 additional. Second floor unit, close enough but not too much to the elevator and a stairway allows for quicker access. Garbage drop chute directly from the second floor.
One beach chair, Kids beach toys and a boogie board left for guest use. Snorkelling gear available by the pool of the Maui Sunset. (But if not there any more, sometimes guest do not return them or loose them, well, there is a Walmart and a K-Mart on the Island, so easy to find other gear.)
And remember that Spring, Summer and Fall Maui weather is outsanding, thanks to the trade winds. Warm, dry and sunny days, breezy afternoons and nights make it just great; not a sauna like in Florida. Risk of hurricanes is very low too !

Why the Owner Chose Maui Sunset
I have been going to Maui every year and many times twice a year, since 1994.
There is no place like Maui due to nicety of the climate for outdoor sports, and the variety of views and activities you can do all year round.
Summers are never hot or too humid, and winters are balmy and full of the most incredible seas wonders such as whales and incredible waves.
Longs Drugs with bargains for pharmacy, foods, souvenirs; snorkell rentals and other tours; Peggy Sue's, Big Wave Caf�, etc.
On the grass rig up spot, just walking on the grass from the Condo complex.

We stayed at this condo from March 24th to April 1st and truly enjoyed every minute of it. Condo has very comfortable king size bed and two bathrooms, both with showers. I must admit, I was very nervous before arriving as I was only able to communicate with the owner via email but was pleasantly surprised to find everything was just as described upon our arrival. I would definately recommend this place to others and would contact this owner again if we were to return to Maui.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay the beautiful condo at Maui Sunset. The condo is top-notch. It is beautifully furnished and situated in a great location for views as well as access to the pool. It was very well located – access to beautiful beaches was very easy and the grounds of the condo complex were very well maintained. The Condo unit itself was very well furnished. The kitchen was very well appointed, down to supplies like herbs and spices. That shows thoughtfulness on the part of owners- going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The lanai makes for a great spot to watch the sunset. Amenities like washer and dryer in the unit were very helpful in ensuring we didn’t come home with bags of dirty clothes. The two bathrooms in the condo ensured there were no logistical issues while getting dressed. All in all- great rental. We would go back again in a heart beat.

Our recent stay at your condo at the Maui Sunset was so nice! We found it clean and very comfortable! The lanai was wonderful! We would definately love to return in the future! We ate lunch at Ocean's Bar and Grill nearby and it was a great value! Large portions and the food was very good! The best dinner, though expensive, was Mama's Fish House in Paia!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
