Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanview condominium is in Nuevo Vallarta on one of the best beaches we have ever seen. The view of Banderas Bay is spectacular. We are close to the night life of Puerto Vallarta yet only 10 minutes from quiet Bucerias. It is located on the fifth floor and has a great view of the ocean and famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets. Dolphins will frequently feed just offshore while you enjoy your coffee on the terrace. Or, find newly hatched baby turtles on a morning walk, making their way to the ocean.
Our new non-smoking, air-conditioned condominium is approximately 1550 square feet, and was just furnished in 2006. The master bedroom and master bath are large and spacious. The master bedroom has a king size american mattress. The second bedroom has two double beds and shares a bathroom with the living areas of the condominium. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The condominium is beautifully appointed with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, granite coffee and end tables, hand carved wood entertainment center, etc. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer. The condominium is also equipped with 3 TV's (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), blender, ice maker, cd player, dvd players, cable TV, telephone (local calls only) and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
Our condominium building allows you the use of two large pools and one children's wading pool. You can eat at the pool side restaurant or have the waiter bring your drinks to you while you doze under one of the many palapas on the beach or around the pools. There are barbeque facilities next to the pool. You can play shuffle board or bocce ball. We also have boogie boards and coolers available for renters to use. You'll especially appreciate our thick and comfy cushions for the lounge chairs on the beach.
Our condominium development is called "Playa Royale" and is part of the Paradise Village complex which consists of several hotels, time share buildings, two spa's, a golf course, shopping center, marina, numerous restaurants, etc. The shopping center has many restaurants, internet cafes, shopping center, ATM's, and a grocery store. The resort concierge is available to book numerous activities in the area. A free shuttle service provides transportation throughout the resort. There is a water taxi that will transport you to downtown Puerto Vallarta and back.
For an additional fee of $75 for up to 5 people you can have access to the world class fitness center, spa, tennis courts and discounted greens fees. This also gives you access to the on-site beach club, with restaurant, sauna, steam bath, etc.
