Had a great time staying at this condo from Jan 23 to Feb 6, 2010. Great view of the ocean and sunsets from the balconey. Everything was exactly as described. Internet access was nice to have. Have been to the Puerto Vallarta area three times before and Playa Royale is a notch above everything else. If you are a beach person it doesn't get any better.
