Ko Olina, meaning place of joy, was once the playground for Hawaiian royalty and is now the premier oceanfront resort on Oahu. Ko Olina is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and centrally located between Waikiki and the famous North Shore.
This new townhome in Hillside Villas community of Ko Olina, is an exceptional value, with nearly 1200 square feet of living space and no one above or below you. Our home is professionally decorated in an elegant island theme including artwork, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. The home has all the amenities of a well-equipped vacation villa.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and two and one-half bathrooms, with a one-car garage and inviting patio that looks on the pool area. The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the extras. The living room offers a relaxing couch and matching chair, beautiful wood furniture and a 50 inch Plasma TV with digital cable, DVD and Digital Video Recorder!
The master suite offers a California king bed with a gorgeous, imported bedroom set and high quality linens. The second bedroom has a mahogany day bed with two twins and the third bedroom has a very nice queen bedroom set, TV and DVD/VCR player. Beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards are in the garage. Did we mention there is a four-seater golf cart to cruise to the beach in at no extra charge!
This private, beautiful beach and golf resort includes four secluded beach lagoons, the Five Star J.W. Ihilani Marriott Resort and Spa, tennis and the Ted Robinson designed championship Golf Course, which plays host to the Senior PGA and LPGA. There is a 270 slip marina with whale watching, snorkeling and sunset charters along the beautiful reefs of this pristine coastline. Oahu’s premiere luau at Paradise Cove, located at the entrance to the resort, and wonderful restaurants including Roy's Hawaiian fusion cuisine, overlooking the 18th green, are also part of this stunning resort community.
Just 3 miles down the road from the resort, you will find the town of Kapolei, with everything you may need to feel at home like a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, grocery store, Blockbuster, Kmart, several restaurants, 16-plex cinemas and more.
