Nice place and well stocked; very clean and in excellent condition; spacious master BR with ensuite; central AC made it very comfortable. Complex pool area was great nearby; convenient location; Ko Olina resort and lagoons very beautiful. Lanai bbq was useful; no view but private. Golf cart was ideal and fun to use, made parking at lagoons very easy. Used boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc. Made for a nice holiday, no complaints. Ko Olina lagoons nice for small children and couples, decent snorkling. Enjoyed lagoon #2 as quietest and were always able to get use of permanent thatched beach umbrellas for shade. Beach bathrooms/showers new and nice.

Wonderful experience @ Hillside Villa in Ko'Olina

Aloha! The townhouse was properly equipped with everything you would need to make your stay on Oahu comfortable and relaxing. The attention to detail from the pool and ocean toys, to the fully furnished kitchen and comfortable beds and bathrooms exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 seniors and 2 kids, 14 and 10) that were staying at the villa and had enough room for everybody. The location is impeccable as well...less than 5 minutes from the 4 lagoons of your choice. We preferred Lagoon 1 between the JW Marriot and new Disney Aulani Resort. We also took advantage of the fairly new Ko'Olina Station across the road from JW Marriot that boasts a Mexican cantina, wonderful fast food Hawaiian style, a charming ice cream shop and of course, an ABC Store. And when we didn't want to use our rental or walk around the resort, we utilized the very convenient golf cart! It was a wonderful vacation and couldn't ask for any better accommodations! We will definitely be back and until then, will recommend this property to others! It was our home away from home and will take the spirit of Hawaii and it's people with us until our next return! Great Hawaiian Getaway

A beautiful well kept villa in a perfect location! The property was spacious and had everything in the description to make us feel at home. The golf cart was a welcomed bonus and it was used daily to get to the beach at the lagoons. The new Disney Aulani resort is a must to experience. We enjoyed a magical character breakfast with Mickey and friends. We have recommended your villa to our family and friends, and look forward to returning again in the future. Mahalo!

We just returned from or vacation stay at the Ko Olina resort townhome and could not have been happier! The property was exactly as described in the listing! We really enjoyed using the golf cart to go to the area lagoons, nearby shopping and to the Paradise Cove Luau! The washer/dryer was a lifesaver as we had CLEAN clothes when we arrived home from our vacation. We grilled on the patio twice during our stay and it was so convenient to have all of the options and comforts of a home. The home was clean and comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful - everything we could want from a vacation! The Island County Market was very convenient and we really enjoyed the Two Scoops Ice Cream shop(both right within the Ko Olina resort). One restaurant we HIGHLY recommend was the Kona Brewery. Although it isn't a golf cart ride away, (we went to the location at the Marina on Kalanianaole Highway) the service was SUPERB. For activities, we recommend the Ko Olina Snorkle/ Luau with Ko Olina Ocean Adventures at Lagoon 4. Both are so convenient as they are on the resort property and just a golf cart ride away! AND the experience was very enjoyable and memorable. We had such a great time, our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!!!!

Great Golf Trip!

We loved this place! I tagged along with my husband and a couple friends on their golf trip. I loved running around in the golf cart while they were off playing golf. The lagoons were beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We plan to be back next year!

A Wonderful Experience

It was the perfect location. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing and beautiful experience in Oahu, this is the place. The Ko Olina lagoons are magical, the villa offers a true "Home away from Home" feel, but the best part of our trip was the golf cart. It was so much fun to discover the beauty of Ko Olina with this cart. Parking at ANY of the lagoons was simple, then to the Island Country Market for afternoon ice coffee, and the views! The views you take in riding in the cart through the resort was fun and relaxing! Highly recommend such a peaceful and lovely property.

This is my first time in Oahu and was thrilled with the rental. I love the Ko Olina area because it's quiet and very beautiful. The property had everything we needed. There's plates, glasses, utensils, and pots and pans. There's extra towels and blankets. We also used the grill a few times. We took the golf cart out to the beach area - which is a long walk but a really fun golf cart ride. The rooms were good sizes and everything was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent this property again if I go to Oahu again.

Christmas in Ko Olina

What a beautiful home. The kitchen was so well equipped that we felt as if we were home. We are all very impressed with the fabulous bedding; the comfort of the beds was fantastic-no sleepless nights for us! The linens, both bath and bed were superb! The pool location could not be beat and the views were breath-taking. We recommend Chuck's for a meal to remember. Christmas was made special for us by dining there, right in front of the coy pond. We were all quite impressed with the cleanliness of the entire home; it is so very well maintained. The property manager was "Johnny on the spot" with the one question that we had for him. Location was excellent as we were close to many great restaurants and sight-seeing venues. Make sure you go to Anna Miller's for her famous pies. The Macadamia Nut cream pie left us speechless, along with the other pie selections. Although we did not need to use the golf cart, it was ready and waiting for us on our arrival. I was fortunate enough to stay in this villa for a month. The unit was clean, the furniture comfortable and all amenities expected were there. The property management staff are extremely attentive ensuring your stay is nothing short of perfect. The golf cart is an added bonus for trips to the beach. My family loved it! I have stayed in many private rentals over the years and this has been the best to date. You get exactly what you see and read about, there are no embellishments regarding the property whatsoever. In short, my experience was outstanding!

The perfect vacation home.

This really was the perfect vacation home. It had everything we needed. When we went to the beach, there were beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats and a cooler. Then we packed everything on the golf cart and didn't have to worry about parking. The golf cart was the finishing touch. We used the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping, dining, luau, and sunset cruise. Some days our biggest decision was which lagoon to choose from (there are 4 and we thought 2 was the best). The house had everything we needed and it's very quiet. We never heard anyone around us and we liked being in a gated area. There are many nice shopping and dining places close by. The plate lunch restaurant had good food and large quanities. Paradise Cove had an awesome luau and KoOlina Kat had a delightful sunset cruise. The Marriott bar had half price mai tais from 9 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. and the waitresses are the best. The ABC store was fantastic for shopping for miscellaneous items and had wonderful sandwiches for lunch at the beach. While we were laying on the beach, someone would take the golf cart to the ABC store and bring back lunch and we would eat on the beach. It was paradise. We highly recommend staying at this house during your next vacation on Oahu.

2 weeks in Paradise

Aloha Jeff, The Villa was perfect! We highly recommend your place to anyone planning a trip to Oahu. Not being in the congestion of Waikiki is the only way to see the island. Close enough to visit everything and a comforting feeling of going "home". The kitchen had everything we needed. The lanai was a great place for coffee and planning the day. BBQ's in the evening and an after dinner swim and jacuzzi made for a relaxation time. The golf cart took away the hassle of parking at the lagoons and made for a fun way to "check out" the beautiful Ko' Olina Resort. The Country Mkt. was very handy, it had just about a little of everything, and the people were very friendly and helpful. The lagoons were amazing! #2 was our favorite, not crowded and easy to access,even on Labor Day weekend! We saw turtles, fish and even an octopus while snorkeling. The Paradise Cove Luau was really fun and so close. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and thank you for the use of your home. And it was really wonderful having the washer & dryer, unpacking clean clothes is so much better. The only thing that would have been helpful is a channel guide for the TV. There were so many channels & HD channels that it took awhile to find what we were looking for. Again thank you, this was soooooo much better than staying in a hotel.

Our 40th Anniversary Family Celebration

We returned last night from a wonderful week in Ko'Olina. The hillside villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults & 2 small children. The grounds were awesome, & the lagoons ideal for all of us. Having use of the golf cart was so much fun! The Paradise Cove luau was outstanding! Dinner at Roy's was an amazing way to spend our last night! We also had a professional photographer take family pics on a nearby public beach. When a 2 yr. old & 4 yr. old say they don't want to go home, you know it was a week filled with very special memories. Notes: Enterprise Rental Cars had the best price when going through Alaska Airlines. Don't miss shaved ice at Matemoto's in Halewa. A new Costco is only a couple of miles away, along with Safeway & Target. It was great being able to use the villa's kitchen to save $. (A small cutting board would be nice to have.) The photos & description of the villa are "spot on". We're ready to return to Ko'Olina & we haven't even unpacked yet!!! Mahalo Jeff!

We had a great time. The villa has a great location close to the pool. The golf cart was essential to take stuff to the beach. We used it quite a bit, even in the evening to go to dinner at the Marriot. The condo was very clean and had lots of linens. One drawback was the lack of a good reading light in the living room.

My sister and I took our Mom on a Hawaiian vacation. We wanted a safe, comfortable, clean environment with a kitchen. This villa was as described and more. The lagoons are beautiful and make great swimming for young and old.We used the golf cart to drive our 88 years young Mom down to swim. We used the pool and hot tub as well. There were very few people there whenever we swam. The condo itself was very comfortable and VERY clean.We ate breakfast on the sun filled patio and watched the Olympic figure skating finals on the big screen TV. We had trouble figuring out the pool key situation (we were looking for a key key and it was an electronic one) younger folks would not have a problem seeing that! Anyway, we called Jeff and he got right back to us. The manager was also very prompt and helpful when we asked about how to replace the lock box. We ventured out everyday. Went to the Open market at the Community College at diamond head. Saw the canoe surfing contest at Makaha Beach. Had Mai Tais at the Royal Hawaiian. Drove to the north shore, stopping at the dole plantation, ate FRESH FRESH fish at the Grass Skirt in Haleiwa. Stopped at several beaches including Waimea. And walked through the bird sanctuary in Waimea Valley. Visited the Pearl Harbor memorial and went aboard the Mighty MO (Mom was a marine in WW2). Snorkeled in Hanauma Bay. Went up the Aloha Tower for a terrific View of Honolulu, the docks and the open sea. Condo down side: the front door lock is sticky and hard to operate and the sound from the pool (filter?) was mildly annoying at times. Other than that it was terrific.I I would recommend this villa to my friends. Aloha

Porperty caretaker a bummer

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at this property... with the exception of the extremely strict rules associated with use of the pool/pool area. What pool does not allow toys, floaties or noodles? After rereading the rules, it says these things cannot be used and were later told by the caretaker they can't because they clog the filter system...what kind of processing is used that these toys break down and clog the filter? On our last day, my children were playing at the pool and were told that they were too loud, by the caretaker, while swimming. They were being children, laughing and playing, not screaming needlessly or fighting. This was disappointing for both my children and me. The facility was beautiful as were the accomodations but the caretaker was extreme.

This was our first visit to Ko Olina and we knew as soon as we were driving to the condo that this was the right spot. We want you to know that everything met our expectations. From the condo being extremely well kept and clean to the golf cart for touring around. It was also nice having the barbeque on the lanai as that is where we ate most of our suppers. The condo had everything we needed right down to the beach toys! We look forward to returning to Ko Olina and to your condo. Thanks again for all of your help and excellent communication.

Jeff, we had an absolutely wonderful time, and your townhouse was even better then we expected. It was very clean, well maintain, in a beautiful area, and exactly as it was described. As you know we are in the vacation rental business in beautiful Destin, Florida, so I would define us as discriminating renters and feel we really know what to look for and expect in a vacation rental since we are in the same business. You exceeded our expectations. Your place was one of the most competitively priced units we looked, so we were a little wary at what to expect. Our entire experience was seamless, from the moment we initially booked our reservation, to receiving the pre-arrival instructions, to the quality of accommodations, you have done a wonderful, thorough job. If anyone is looking for great accommodations, in a wonderful resort area, at a great price I would highly recommend you and your townhouse. Being right next to the community pool and hot tub, and having the golf cart were definite pluses. We look forward to returning again next year!

I loved the wonderful stay at this exclusive and remote part of Oahu. The condo was really great. Nicely appointed and quite comfortable. The lagoons were very cool and some were deserted. The best part of the handsomely decorated unit was the large flat screen TV and the grill on the lanai!! Also not to be missed is the pool that you can see from the unit's Lanai. Coming home with clean clothes is also pretty cool too!

We stayed here in August and had a great time! The condo was big enough that we all had our own space (5 people). The golf cart was a great bonus to drive to the beach or around the resort, we used it multiple times a day. It was very clean, had a huge tv and nice furnishings. The patio and BBQ were great for dinners or lunches, and had a view of the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Thank you Jeff!

We had a great time. The villa is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. It is right next to the pool, has a huge flat screen TV, and the golf cart makes it very easy to zip down to the beach even when the parking lot is crowded. We had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Aloha Jeff I would like to Thank you for the opportunity to rent the Ko-Olina Villa. It feels very cosy and at home staying in the Villa. All the Kitchen and Bathroom and the room are very well equipped. I was surprised they have a rice cooker in the kitchen, I am very certain I would refer the Villa to any of my friends who are interested in visiting Oahu =). Hope I can get a chance to visit Oahu island in the future staying at your Villa.

Our stay at the Villa was a wonderful experience. This was our 2nd time staying at the Villa at Ko'Olina. The Villa is a well maintained property. The owners are always making improvements. I love the new delux washer and dryer that was delivered to the Villa during our stay. We really enjoy the golf cart for riding down to the beach. We hope to continue staying at the Villa on our yearly visits to Oahu.

Our Family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko'Olina resort. The villa's were a perfect place for our family vacation. The villa was very well maintained and clean and we really appreciated all the extra's - beach towels, golf cart, cooler,ice packs, beach chairs and toys for the kids. The location was perfect - away from the crowds of Honolulu yet close enough to visit anywhere on the island. Shopping, restaurants and other destinations are close by. I would definitely recommend this location and the Villas to anyone wanting to visit Oahu. The resort is beautiful, lagoons very clean and entirely relaxing.

Ko'Olina resort and villa's were the perfect place for our family vacation. The resort is beautiful, lagoons very clean and beaches not crowded. The villa was very well maintained and clean and we really appreciated all the extra's - beach towels, golf cart, cooler,ice packs, beach chairs and toys for the kids - really made for a "home away from home". The location was perfect. Close to shopping and easy enough to travel the island to get to various destinations yet far enough from the big city. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Oahu.

Our family of 6 had the best retreat in this condo in Ko Olina! We loved the golf cart, feeding the birds on the golf course, swimming in the gorgeous, and playing at the pool, which is literally out the back door! We could spread out, do our own thing, and saved so much $ bbq'ing on the patio vs eating out. Plan to go back next year!

We just came back from Hawaii, want to share my experience there. The condo was very clean, spacious, quite and has everything you need. The owner was very nice and accommodated me at the condo although it was very last minute booking. It was my second stay at Ko Olina, if you looking for place for quite, relax vacation stay away from hustle and bustle like Waikiki beach, this is it. The lagoons were very clean and very less people almost like your own private beach. There was big shopping mall nearby (10 minutes to drive) where you can buy everything from daily supplies to local Hawaiian food. I really enjoyed stay and look forward to come back again.

This Condo on the Ko Olina resort grounds was second to none. The condo was outfitted comfortably to accomodate our entire family. In addition to the Koolina beach access via golf cart, we had all the gear required to try on Hawaii! Everything was in great order and easily understandable. My only suggestion would be to add a "reference" section on the general area (e.g., there is a safeway grocery store about 2 miles away in Kapolei). Other than that, the owners clearly have put time and energy into making this a wonderful vacation villa with great amenities.

We just returned from Hawaii and our experience at you home was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and had everything to make us feel comfortable. Clearly the experience is far better then the hustle and bustle of hotel life. We would look forward to a stay again in the near future. We are very consistent about our visits to Hawaii in May. We always visit over the Memorial Holiday. Next year May 21-30. Probably too far out to book it now! We still are looking at the November dates this year but work seems to getting in the way of a 10 day stay!

The Monroe's condo was fantastic for our family, it had all the room and amenities we needed. The golf cart was awesome to get to and from the lagoons, it was alot of fun for our kids. The pool area is super clean and alot of fun. The location is great for day trips - nothing is very far away on the island. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family of 5 was very happy at the Monroe's Ko'Olina town home. It is comfortable and well-furnished, and the surrounding resort is lovely. Location is also great - quiet and peaceful but close enough to the big city and other attractions that day trips were no problem. Golf cart was a great way to reach the wonderful lagoons! We'd recommend this without hesitation.

We loved the condo! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The 50" plasma TV, wireless internet connection and golf cart were extra nice bonuses! Our experience in Hawaii was wonderful, in great part to our facilities in Ko Olina. The townhouse was very clean with everything we needed, including beach toys, cooler and towels that we didn't have to bring with us. The kids enjoyed the beaches and the golf cart, and I loved being in a beautiful resort at an affordable price away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We will definitely be interested in renting again when we return to Hawaii!

We are annual Hawaii visitors and we have to say that this townhome was among the best we have stayed at. Everything was new and more important.....CLEAN. There was plenty of space for all 4 or us. The unit was well stocked with linens and towels. The owners were terrific to deal with from start to finish and we hope to stay here again next year. Aloha from Canada!!

This townhouse was perfect, especially while traveling with our kids. It was new, clean, well-equipped, and most of all comfortable. We got a lot of use from the lanai and BBQ. We all really loved the Ko Olina Beaches and had fun driving the golf cart around the resort. We look forward to going back soon.

The townhouse was beautiful and well furnished with everything you would need. We had fun on the golf cart touring around the property. The pool area is beautiful and has wonderful BBQ facilities.
