This is a gorgeous property on beautiful Beaver Lake. I've been to this cabin a few times now, and it is wonderful anytime of the year. I feel that is one of the best properties of its kind in the area. It is clean and comfortable for a large party. Ideal for group gatherings inside in the large living area or on one of the several deck areas. It is very private and a wonderful escape from it all. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. This place is a must see!

This place has it all with the wrap around porch overlooking the lake to the tastefully decorated accomodations. It was a chilly night and the fire was roaring, so being in this wonderful log cabin with all the conveniences was great. Everyone slept great so beds great and there was so much room for us to spread out. We will go back I am sure. Everything that was promised was spot on.

Stayed at this cabin for a girl's Book Club retreat. This place was top drawer! Lots of sleeping areas for large groups or small groups. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean & well appointed. The place really is as beautiful as the pictures. Beautiful, natural scenery made for a very relaxing weekend.

I just wanted you to know that you have an absolutely marvelous rental property, and that we completely enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so much more that I expected (your pictures do not do it justice), and my family thought that I was a total genius for finding such a place to get together.
Owner response:Tthank you kindly for letting other users know we take great pride in Elk Lodge. It's renters like YOU, Christian, that make the rental business a fun job to have. Looking forward to your return. blessings!

The Ellk Lodge is a homey, country outing, located on a beautiful Lake. The indoor decor is rustic down home style. It has adequate sleeping space and a wonderful living area with a huge fire place and the wood already cut and supplied for the user. The porch has seating and can provide a view of the neighborhood and the inlet to the lake. There is a canoe available for those who take the opportunity to row arond the inlet looking at the other cabins and homes. It is very quiet and peaceful and gives a family a time for solitude, companionship and a long remembered time on vacation.
Owner response:Great! this is just what we are trying to create for our guests; a quiet, peaceful family place! Thanks for your kind review!

My husband and I invited my 2 brothers and their wives and my two sisters and their husbands to meet us in Eureka Springs in October. We stayed at Elk Lodge on Beaver Lake. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. We used every inch of the spacious decks in the mornings and the afternoons and evenings. The lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the Canadian Geese come into the cove in the mornings while we drank our coffee. It was a wonderful stay and very convenient to all of the local hotspots to visit. Holly was wonderful to work with, we would definately recommend this home to everyone. The Guthrie's

What a beautiful, relaxing home away from home! My family and I swam in the lake, cooked out steaks, did yoga on the deck in the warm sun and just enjoyed being together in this peaceful cabin. The kitchen had all the cookware I needed to make our food and Eureka Springs is just around the corner for when I didn't feel like cooking. There are movies and board games to choose from if you wish to stay inside. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed spending our spring break at the cabin. Everything was lovely.....very nice cabin, spacious and beautiful views. It was exactly like the pictures! The home was so relaxing, we read on the deck, watched movies in the evening, and canoed and fished during the day. Eureka Springs was close and we loved visiting Thorncrown Chapel. It was gorgeous and so peaceful! We also took a day trip to Branson, MO and enjoyed that too. We would definitely recommend staying here, it's a great place!
Owner response:Thank you kindly for your wonderful compliments & great tips for future guests. Looking forward to your return. Blessings!!!

Don't pass this one up!! The Elk Lodge is perfect in every way possible. The owners, Holly and Jay, are super kind people. The lodge is beautiful and stocked with everything a family could ever want. It even has soaps, hair products, paper products, and more. Holly called us the first day, just to welcome us and to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend getting a massage on the deck from Rebecca Babbs, who has gifted hands! This lodge is first class all the way, right on the water, in the middle of nature's paradise!
Owner response:thank you Gaylah !! you were a pleasure to have at our lodge. can't wait to have you back!! ps...yes, you are right about Rebecca!!

What an incredible place to stay! Perfect mix of "at home" comfiness and "away from home" luxury. The views from the big deck are stunning (we even saw a bald eagle searching the lake for breakfast). We've been lots of places and this cabin easily is one of the best.

Our family had a fabulous time at the Lakeside Cabin we stayed in. The cabin was roomy enough for all the kids, 8 of them, and the 4 adults. It even rained for one full day of our stay and we still had a fabulous time fishing on the river and under the boat dock. Holly you are a fabulous decorater and tidy houskeeper!!!!!!! Jesus is Everything
Owner response:Thank you for staying with us! What a blessing to be able to share our home with you. Please come back anytime!

Holly and Jay,This is the second time we were lucky enough to visit your cabin with friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. The Elk Lodge is IDEAL for a weekend getaway from Fayetteville. The cabin is absolutely lovely and you’ve clearly thought out every detail…thank you.Aside from the beautiful amenities and perfect location, there is so much to do—even in the wintertime. We had a local masseuse, Rebecca Babbs, come on Saturday morning to help make sure we were all relaxed and it worked! She’s great and there is a brochure for her in kitchen—highly recommended. Saturday afternoon the eagle watching trip on the boat was unreal; we saw at least 10 large bald eagles up close. Saturday night we ventured into Eureka Springs for a yummy dinner at the Grand Taverne and drinks at the Pied Piper. It really was the greatest weekend ever! Thanks for everything! We can’t wait for our next visit!Love,The Tuckers,Fayetteville, Arkansas

Jay and Holly, I can't put in to words how much it meant to be able to spend the weekend with my family celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary at such a beautiful place! The cabin is breathtaking! Visiting with you, Holly, and working out all of the details was such a pleasure. Mom and Dad had such a wonderful time. You absolutely out did yourselves on the floorplan and decorating the entire house. It was a funfilled relaxing weekend for all of us and such a short drive to downtown Eureka! We hope to be able to make this a yearly adventure. Thanks to each of you from the bottom of my heart for making it all possible. Terri
Owner response:Terri~ it was a blessing knowing your wonderful family was spending priceless time in the cabin for your parents 50th!!! You are the kind of people that make the lodging business a breeze! Please come back, we would love to have you. blessings abound~~ Holly

WOW!! There are so many wonderful things to say about this awesome cabin. We spent 2 weeks at this cabin - a week in May and a week at the end of July. This place is by far the best place we have ever stayed and we have made our rounds on Lake Ouachita, Table Rock Lake, & Jimmie Davis State Park (just to name a few). We highly recommend planning a stay at one of Holly & Jay's cabins. They provide everything and I mean everything. All you have to bring is family and food. We are usually loaded down with things we have to provide, but not at this cabin. Towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, lush linens, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, all kitchen items - I could go and go about all the things they provide. Trust me, it makes your trip so easy!! The decor is relaxing - it makes you feel like you are at a luxury resort. The decks are incredible and the private boat dock is an added bonus. The part of the lake that the cabin is located on is like having the lake all to your self. The water - I cannot say enough about how smooth the water is all the time. We are big wakeboarding people so this has become, by far, our favorite lake. Smooth as glass all the time!! I could keep telling all the wonderful things about this cabin, but you must experience it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed. They have thought of everything. You will not want to leave!! It is the perfect home away from home. Thanks Holly & Jay for providing such a wonderful place to stay, relax and have the best lake vacation ever!

Eureka Springs is close and a neat town, BUT we were so in-love with the cabin and lake that we just stayed put most of the time and ENJOYED! The weather was fabulous. The lake is beyond words. Such clear water, and GREAT skiing! Jay & Holly, you've done a great job, and it was a pleasure to meet you. We'll make plans to see you next year :-)

We wanted to get away with a big group for a graduation celebration, and your cabin was the perfect spot. It had everything we needed and more. The views are amazing, the big living room/kitchen made meals wonderful, and the huge deck provided the best spot on the lake to watch the sunset! Thanks a million!
