WHEN YOU BOOK YOU WILL BE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS. THE BEACH CHAIRS ARE SEASONAL, USUALLY MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 1 EVERY YEAR.
THE SPLASH DIVE IN MOVIE (maybe Friday and Saturday nights) AND TIKI BAR ARE SEASONAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILED AMENITIES. THIS IS A NEW CONDO AND POOLS OR MOVIE ETC. COULD REQUIRE MAINTENANCE.
We have tried to decorate our 1 Bedroom SPLASH condo so your family will remember your vacation, for as long as you live. We have seashells hanging from the corner lamp and 80 cartoon fish swimming around the top of the living area. There is a surf board theme on hall bunk comforters and pictures in the hall. The master has a Key West design with tropical fish. We have black out shades in trying to keep the bright lights out of the rooms if you want to sleep late. Our condos all have visco top king mattresses in the master, regular twin mattresses on bunks not bunky thin mattresses.
The entry door to our Splash condo is right in the elevator lobby. When you arrive, you can walk across the walk-over, turn left, walk a few feet to the elevator, go up, step off and walk a few more feet to your front door. We hope you will like this convenience.
We try to be flexible during off season with your dates but require weekly SATURDAY TO SATURDAY Rentals during peak season. We prefer 3 night minimum stay.
If you smoke or don't take care of others property please do not call us to rent. We expect our guest to remove comforters upon arrival, do not bring luggage carts into our condos, Do not smoke in condo or on balcony. Do not bring live or dead animals, fish or stinky things in our condo. Do not fry fish and NO shrimp boils. Do not eat in the bedrooms or on any beds or sleeper sofa. Eat only in kitchen area at bar or on balcony. If you spill something clean it up totally and remove any stains. We expect our condo to be smelling clean for the next guest. If you damage anything you will be charged damages plus 250. If you smoke you will be charged 1000 plus damages. Our guests love to rent from us over and over because they know we try to make sure the condos are clean for them.

Why the Owner Chose Splash
Splash is the most popular complex in PCB. It is very kid Friendly with the kids playground in water with the big dumping bucket, lazy river, Smaller kids area with the frogs squirting water and the dive in movies (seasonal).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the beach. Splash is great place for families with children because there is plenty to keep them busy. Adults can enjoy Splash also with the Rip-Tide Bar and Grill, Hot tub, pools, lazy river and the nice exercise room overlooking the gulf. The veiws from the balcony are awesome.

We stayed here for our 1st family vacation with our 6 year old and 8 year old in August 2011. It was absolutely beautiful!!! The condo was immaculate and extremely clean. It had everything we needed for the week. The beach and water was georgous and there was so much to do. The atmosphere was wonderful and everywhere we went everyone was so nice. Looking forward to staying here again in 2012 I hope.

We decided at the very last minute to head to the beach for a much needed few days off. Luckily for us, Randy had an opening in the 20th floor two bedroom. He was very accommodating and made sure every detail was taken care of. The unit was very nice and well appointed and came with everything necessary. Randy and Joy take a lot of pride in keeping their properties in excellent condition, clean and up-to-date. The wireless internet in the unit was a huge plus for me. They have a lot of rules but they are all designed to keep the unit in great shape and are not at all burdensome if you have common sense and courtesy. As a fellow Panama City Beach unit owner, I have seen plenty of units being trashed, but Randy and Joy's unit is definitely not one of them. As for Splash, we had a great time and it was everything we had expected. It is definitely a family place with tons of kids all having a fantastic time. I would definitely stay in Randy and Joy's units again. Two thumbs up.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very relaxing and very considerate. This couple knows how to provide service. This is a great unit to rent if you have kids, especially young children. You couldn't ask for a better experience. The beach service is great, the pools are entertaining, and very family friendly. We would rent from them again. Laurie and Stephen
