Our beautiful and luxurious remodeled 1 bedroom condo is on pristine, and popular white sand Kaanapali Beach. The condo is in the beachfront resort called Maui Kaanapali Villas. It is a luscious green property north of Black Rock. Maui Kaanapali Villas is a low built resort, reminiscent of 'old Hawaii'. Situated on 11 acres of beachfront property , we have an uncrowded feel, a beautiful, pristine beach, and yet we are a quarter mile away from 2 golf courses, upscale shopping at Whaler's Village, and top-rated restaurants. Our pool is one of the most beautiful pools on this stretch of Kaanapali Beach. It is one of the newest as well. It has 'grass shack' shade unbrellas, walk up bar, a child pool (or keiki pool), brand new hot tub, and waterfalls as part of the pool. We have 2 pools for the property and they are wonderful.
We are also 5 driving minutes away from Lahaina, an old whaling port turned into a fun, shopping town, with Jazz clubs, and good restaurants. Our 1000 sq ft. condo is in the Aloha Tower on the fifth floor. It has beautiful views from the balcony. Sit on our couch in the living room and enyoy the view of island of Lanai!!
We just finished our kitchen remodel with cherrywood custom cabinets, granite countertops and granite penninsula, all new appliances. We have all new walls, new ceiling, all new paint and new rug. Our bathroom and vanity has 20X20 tile, custom redwood cabinet and granite. Our shower is a designer tiled shower with a custom mural done by a local Makena tile artist (look at the pictures and SEE the difference between our unit and the others.

Take the free trolley to Whaler's Village where you shop in the upscale stores or you can parasail, rent jet skis. learn to surf, and take boating trips. We have incredible snorkeling in front of our resort (Maui Kaanapali Villas).It is a 5 minute drive to the Historic Whaling Port and old Capitol of Hawaii - Lahaina. When I booked the room I thought we would be squished in with 5 people but there was soo much room!! I was really surprised (we had just stayed basically in a closet in Honolulu). The condo premises was kept very nice, brand-new grills outside, pools, the beach!! The condo had a bunch of snorkel-type stuff so you didn't need to rent. Beach towels too. It was awesome. One of the best things was that the kitchen was stocked with basics, salt, pepper, oils, spices. Several people left booze in the cupboards (including us) to pass along to the next guests. If you're into West Maui definitely give this place a try, the price was good and the room was great!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The condo was amazing and so comfortable for our stay. We did not want to leave! The location was perfect and easy to get to anything. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Our son lives only two blocks from the condo so he took us around to all the fun places. We especially enjoyed our meals at Dukes and The Hula Grill (he works there). Everything was in walking distance and we did a lot of walking. I would recommend it to all my friends and family. The one thing we noticed and appreciated was the people who worked there were so friendly and the area was not too crowded, ie the beach...seemed pretty private. We were not sure if it was the time of year we were there or what but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We look forward to staying there again and hopefully it will be sooner than later.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you for this beautiful oasis. It is in the perfect location - easy access to everything. The apartment is perfect - beautifully appointed and the keep the grounds incredibly clean and sparkling. The beachfront is amazing with fantastic snorkeling right out your doorstep. I came here with my daughter & we had a fabulous five days. It was a wonderful home to come back to everyday. Thank you for providing all the convinces - a coffee maker and a corkscrew! Cancellation policy:
We may cancel and resell your reservation if full payments have not been received by the due date. 1. CHECK-IN-TIME is after 3 p.m. and CHECKOUT is 11 a.m. NO early check- ins. You must depart at the appropriate time as the maids have to get the room ready for the next guests. 2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. 3. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED in rental units under any conditions. 4. PAYMENT- Upon receipt of your final balance, directions and the instructions for checking in at the front desk will be sent to you. Payment may be made by Visa or Master Card. Aston Resorts will charge you a resort fee of $15.00 per day that covers parking, use of the pools internet DSL and gym and transport to nearby Kaanapali attractions via the Trolley. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT- If you have paid a security deposit it will be refunded within two weeks after your departure if there has been no damage to the unit, no broken or lost items and the unit has been left in a reasonably clean condition. 6. CANCELLATIONS- The deposit is non refundable. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date can have the deposit applied to a stay within one year of the original check-in date minus an administrative charge. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit all payments. We recommend that you protect your investment in this vacation by purchasing travel insurance. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-The maximum number of guests is 6. The unit has 2 queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. 8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FIVE (5) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Exceptions may be made by prior arrangement. 9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- Fresh linens and bath towels are provided in the unit but daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Daily maid service is available for an additional payment. Beach towels are provided for use at the beach. No other linens or towels should be taken out of the unit. A coin operated washer and dryer are available on the premises for your use. 10. TELEPHONE: All local calls, and high speed internet service are free of charge. You must call collect or use a calling card to make other long distance calls. 11. RATE CHANGES-Rates subject to change without notice. Once your deposit is received, your rates are what you have been quoted. 12. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any articles lost or left upon departure. 13. Check-in is at the front desk operated by Aston Resorts. However, you are not renting through the Aston pool - but renting directly by owner - Gail and James Scott. Do not approach the front desk for supplies, towels, or anything else.
