Rent as either a 4 bedroom villa or choose to rent 2 bedrooms.
You will have full access to our Club Destiny featuring three pools, jacuzzi spa, lighted tennis courts, a 25 seat IMAX theater with scheduled movies, fitness center, large and modern playground, hiking, biking and more!
Our non-smoking home can be rented as 2 separate two bedroom units or as one four bedroom vacation home that sleeps twelve. We are located less than one and a half miles from the Destin Commons Mall, theater, shopping and minutes from restaurants, golf courses and offshore fishing on Old Scenic Hwy 98.
**Please note, no one under age 25 to rent per our association.

- Convertible Bed (2) : Two new sleeper sofas with comfortable queen beds.
- Crib: Available through local services. Set up and delivery.

- Beach View: Across Scenic Hwy 98 (the old Hwy 98) A two laned not very busy road. There is also a tunnel under the road, passing by Destiny by the Sea that ends on the beach! Check out Google Earth to see how close we really are - or e-mail me and I will send you the photo. We are #3 from the west. Closest to the beach.
- Lakefront: A stone's throw...literally. GREAT for kids' fishing. LOTS of turtles.
- Lake View: See above! Beautiful at sunset. Sit out on the back porch and watch the kayakers!
- Water View: Gulf and Lake 360 degree views...incredible!

- Telephone (2) : Local calls only. WIRELESS INTERNET only in this villa!
- Computer: Wireless internet for all guests. Bring your own laptop. Clubhouse also has access to internet so you can bring your laptop to the clubhouse pool or playground and watch the kids while you check your messages.

- Our Villa has 4 bedrooms and can be rented as either a 2 or 4 bedroom condo. There are two fully furnished condos complete with kitchen, washer and dryers. A lock out door separates upstairs and down. This can be left unlocked if requested. Great for two families to rent together. Both have separate, private entrances.

- No Pets Allowed: No pets, ever, per our association - please don't ask!
- Kid Friendly: Family Oriented! No college kids/groups allowed.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be over age 25 to rent. No college students. This community is very family oriented.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking in unit automatically loses deposit.

Year Purchased: 2004
We bought our villa in 2004 so we would have a place to go with our family. We pride ourselves in treating our renters how we would want to be treated. Also, our villa is exactly how we would want a rental we rent to be - clean, updated and comfortable! We live only one hour away in Gulf Breeze and manage the villa ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Beach House
Destin has SO MUCH to do! We love to relax on the front porch and watch the dolphins and beautiful boats passing by. There's also lots of great restaurants and shopping. We have our own web site with a list of TOP TEN THINGS TO DO IN DESTIN.

One on one contact - with the OWNERS! The villa is unique in that you can have two familes rent the entire 4 bedrooms and have separate and complete condos at the same time with a lock out capability.

Laura & Greg, We had the best time in your villa. We are so sad to leave tomorrow. Your villa is perfect. Between the ocean and the lake, each one of us always had something wonderful to do. The guys fished everyday and caught over 100 fish. They released them all except the ones a friendly heron snatched. :) This was our first time in Destin, but after crusin the whole area, we think we stayed in the best spot. I just had to write to tell you what a wonderful time we had in Destin - the kids had the best week of their lives' last week. Your villa is truly a special place, it is perfect! We came away last week with some new friends (from upstairs) that we will know the rest of our lives; they are wonderful people with a great family. We have started saving for next year already! Even thought we wrote you both a message in your guest book at the Villa, I just wanted to take a minute and express how very much we enjoyed your Villa. What a great location and the views are so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would come back in a heart beat when we can get some more time away. That bed in the master is wonderful, you feel like you're sleeping on clouds.

Just wanted to send you a few lines to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your villa, "What a view". We started our day on the balcony drinking coffee and ended it there with a glass of wine, it was perfect. My husband and I even saw dolphins one morning. To make our week even more memorable my daughter got engaged the Friday night before we left, he proposed to her on the beach, I can't think of a better place. I signed your book while we were there but I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a great time it was, we will definately be back hopefully next year!
