This three level townhouse, in the heart of the Town of Mammoth Lakes, is in the Sherwin Villas complex. It has a king size bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the other bedroom and two double bunk beds in the loft. The living room has comfortable seating for viewing the 34 in TV/DVD. There is also a TV in each sleeping room. The master bathroom and the well equipped kitchen were remodeled in 2006. There are telephones for free local calls in the living room and the queen bedroom. Firewood is provided at no additional cost.
Two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the queen bedroom, overlook the tennis court. Outdoor barbecues with benches and tables are close by in the spacious and well groomed common area. Easy walking distance to motion picture theaters, video rental, supermarket, several restaurants, ski, bike, fishing and other equipment rentals, as well as other shops and conveniences. The free shuttle stop is just across the street and serves all Mammoth Mountain ski lifts that are accessible by road. On site free parking for 2 vehicles. Additional pubic parking about 200 yards distant.

Mammoth Mountain's awesome skiing,which usually begins in November and continues through May and sometimes June, is minutes away by free shuttle. Summers are great for hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking and other outdoor sports. Fishing in Mammoth Creek is 3 blocks from the condo. Driving time to the East entrance of Yosemite National Park is one hour and to Yosemite Valley an additional hour. Driving time to Casino at Topaz Lake, Nevada is 2 hours. A vacation here, whether winter or summer, is one you will always remember with happy thoughts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and family vacation in Mammoth. The accommodations were very nice with all the comforts of home, and very convenient, right in the heart of town, yet so close to the resort, lakes and all that the area has to offer. The Mammoth Lakes area is truly a little heaven on earth...an undiscovered gem....with so much to offer! From the skiing, biking, hiking and fishing, to some of the most spectacular scenery you will find anywhere on earth. I highly recommend Mammoth and this condo. The owner's could not have made it any easier or been more helpful. We were truly delighted with the whole experience and will definitley be back soon!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

This was our first time staying in a condo as opposed to camping and we are now hooked. Usually you can't wait to get home to sleep in your bed again but these beds were so comfortable I didn't miss my bed once. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything but food. Anything we needed we found it in the condo. The layout was perfect for our family. The kids were upstairs in the loft in their own personal area. The condo's location was right in the heart of everything. We walked to many of the locations near by. The bus stop was across the street that was also very convenient. All in all our vacation was perfect and some of that had to do with the condo. I would give it 20 stars if I could. The owner answered all of my emails in a timely manner. It has been a wonderful experience all around.

Wow, what a lovely home with all the touches. We appreciated the home like feeling and the property amenities. Great location, also, for walking to the movies, groceries and eateries.. We will be back.
