Our beautiful property is a charming, historic Norman Revival Tudor style home located just up the stairs from the beach in historic Woods Cove, Laguna Beach. The home was built in 1937 by an artist as her gallery/studio and home. The home is currently owned by artist/art dealer, Suzanne deCarion and is being used as her Art Salon and home. The house has recently been refurnished in "Old Hollywood" style decor. The house is 3 stories and is unusually large for a beach cottage. You will hear the waves crash as you drift off to sleep. it is ideal for the renting party or client that is looking for something right on the beach, direct access to town with a charming home that takes advantage of the breathtaking views of the coastline. Everyone wants to vacation in a spot that has not been spoiled yet by crowds or congestion while also having all the modern ammenities you can imagine - and then some! Wood floors and the sound of crashing waves, outdoor showers for the kid's sandy feet and a fully modern kitchen ready to go. This place is just right for for the person that is not going to be looking to stay in a "cookie cutter" hotel and either knows or wants to know about what a one of a kind jewel the city of Laguna Beach is.
Beautiful Woods Cove is known for it's blow hole, clear, clean water, scuba diving, tide pools, swimming/bodysurfing, proximity to world class surf spots, caves to explore and historic homes such as the "Betty Davis House". You never have to get in your car. Three fabulous restaurants are right across the street. Charming Laguna Village is walking distance from the house.

- Beach View: Our property line is about 30 feet to the top of the stairs that lead to Woods Cove Beach.
- Ocean View: We are at the top of the stairs of our very own own secluded cove. Wood's cove is safe and fun for kid's and families with a lifeguard during higher surf. We are adjacent to the Betty Davis Mansion and actually on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway on the small access road known as "Ocean Way". This secluded and tiny slice of old Laguna is highly sought after for it's charm and exclusivity. To be fair we do not list ourselves as being right "On the Sand" because you have to walk down the steps. To be fair to the reader we choose to air on the side of caution so as to avoid any confusion but from the photos you can see that you could hardly get any closer. This is not a high crowd area, yet it is right in the midst of South Laguna. We pride ourselves on the care and uniqueness of our home which is full of brightly lit windows that maximize the water view. - Telephone: Land line that has free local calls and inbound however long distance is not toll free. In these days of cell phones and Lap Tops we hardly ever use the land line and it is there primarily for emergencies
- Computer: We have Several Apple Mac-Pro state of the art computer's with customizable software to fit your needs. If you wish to use the T! for gaming or for design it is the perfect chance to have state of the art Adobe Creative Suite or just about any other type of task oriented software you require. There can also be PC's at your disposal depending on your relaxation or business needs. These customizable services are available upon request for your use with 22" flat panel displays. We also offer Blue-Ray Home Theatre Plasma TV's for relaxation after the beach or even for use as your WiFi computer monitor while you lounge on the king or the queen size beds. These services are available and must be ordered in advance. They are subject to a tiered system of charges depending on your needs.
