Regardless of whether you race this year or next, we are perfectly situated for your triathlon training and lodging needs with great ocean swimming, cycling and running.
The unit has 2 bedrooms PLUS a 3rd sleeping area; a spacious 800 square foot loft with futon perfect for additional guests or a private area for children. We can accomondate additional guests with a pull out couch in the living room area.
Furnished with flat screen televisions and surround stereo for added enjoyment, this home is fully equipped with all the expected amenities for taking full advantage of the island's activities.
Located in the beautifully developed Waikoloa Beach Community with access to ocean, sun, golf, shopping, dining, etc. A complete destination area. This newly completed condo is designed to offer our guests the most comfortable and relaxed environment.
The owner's culinary background is obvious in the fully equipped kitchen. Stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools you need to prepare gourmet cuisine. Along with deciding what to cook, decide where to cook with an outdoor kitchen with gas grill built into the lanai/patio. Not a cook? That's fine too...because there are an endless amount of choices for dining; Roys, Merrimans, etc., as well as great shopping, upscale with an Island Style Macy's, Tiffany's, Coach, etc. right across the street!
The open floor plan is perfectly located for enjoying the pool and spa as well as being only an approximately five minute walk to Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach. "A Bay" is known for wonderful swimming, turtles, ocean walking, playing and discovery as well as the opportunity for incredible whale watching and sunset cruises. Whale watching is easy during the season, see them jumping from the beach!
On-site manager/support as well as shopping and cleaning services available. We also have a wonderful relationship with Cycle Station bike shop, who can supply and deliver bicycles for renting while on Island. Cycle Station can accept and assemble shipped bikes if you wish to bring your own custom ride.

The property is located within walking distance to the Waikoloa Kings Course (designed by former British Open Champ), and Waikoloa Beach Course, both world class. Petroglyph walking path directly out front door. The Kings Shops provide nightly entertainment and the soon to be completed Queens Shops will have a cultural center, entertainment venue, movie theaters. The Hilton hosts the wonderful "Dolphin Quest", where it is possible to experience swimming with dolphins. The nearby Hilton Spa and Sports Club is open to the public. The Marriot located nearby offers what many consider to be the Islands Best Luau. On Tuesday evening enjoy the movie under the stars at the walking distance Kings Shops. Horseback Riding is available in the high country of Waimea.
