Unwind in a private, luxury home, located just four miles north of the historic town square of Sonoma. This newly renovated (Fall 2006) three bed, two and-a-half bath home sits on nearly three-quarters of an acre and provides all the comforts of a cozy wine country getaway.

The private back yard, bordering a 350 acre vineyard with unobstructed views west over the vineyard to Sonoma Mountain and the sunset, is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate your spirit after a day of exploring all that Sonoma has to offer. Rest under the old heritage oak, pick apples, figs, lemons, peaches and plums in season, cool off in the 18 by 40 foot pool with slide and Cabana. Grill on the deck, and serve dinner on the outdoor dining table, then retire to the tile fire pit in the back yard to watch the sun set and the stars rise!

Inside the front doors, you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling and brick fireplace in the living room. Entertain comfortably with separate dining room and fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, including a Jenn-Air gas range and oven, maple cabinets and granite countertops.

In the morning, watch the sunrise paint Sonoma Mountain through glass sliders from the king-sized bed in the Master. The remaining two bedrooms each have queen beds and cedar-lined closets. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD and VCR, and can be closed off at night with pocket doors.

There is nothing that has been overlooked by the owners in providing a perfect place to escape. We will definitely return!

  • A++! This was our third stay at this lovely peaceful Holiday home in Sonoma, CA. It accommodated our 6 adults very comfortably (the beds are a touch of heaven!). The outdoor grounds are very spacious, nicely furnished and the views are spectacular of vineyards and mountains. We practically lived outside the whole weekend! The house has everything you need, and more. The owners have thought about absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Next time, we would like to stay for at least a week. There is lots to do in the surrounding area. Thank you!

  • This is an amazing property and house. We have been to this property once before and will continue to go back. The views from the back yard are unlike any other house we have rented in Sonoma! The location is very central to all the activities in town and local vineyards!

  • I had the pleasure of staying at the house in early August of this year and it was one of the best acommodations I've stayed at. The house itself is warm and inviting, the grounds lovely and the views spectacular! As a chef I also appreciated the well equiped kitchen and grill area. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every aspect of the house....I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

  • We stayed at this beautiful home for two nights in May, 2008. The views are spectacular and the house is wonderful. We were there with 2 other couples (who live in the bay area) and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. Although, we did spend most of our time out on the patio enjoying the views of the vineyard and mountain setting. The house is very comfortable, clean and outfitted with everything that we needed. We will definetly be back again! Thanks Peggy!!
