A queen size sleep sofa transforms the den to an additional bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room to accommodate guests.
Sabal Trace Golf Course is open to the public and features a combination of gently rolling terrain framed in true Florida style by mature palm and pine trees. The layout flows beautifully among pristine lakes and meandering canals. Locals have long considered Sabal Trace to be one of the most enjoyable courses in the area to play.
The complex boasts a clubhouse that can be reserved for your own gathering which includes:

There are unlimited recreational opportunities and 1,000 acres of beautiful parks surrounding North Port where you can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, golf and hiking. Cruise the Intercoastal Waterway or rent a boat for a day of deep-sea fishing. Gulf beaches in Englewood and Venice are 10-15 minutes from the condominium. Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is 50 minutes; Sarasota Airport is 25 minutes; Tampa Airport is one hour and twenty-five minutes; Busch Gardens is approximately one and-a-half hours; Disney World is approximately two hours.
There are many golf courses within close proximity. Sabal Trace is on site. Heron Creek and Bobcat Trail is less than 10 minutes away.
