Relaxation begins at the beautiful sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Calypso is a luxurious Gulf-front condominium located across the street from the new Pier Park Shopping Center.
Calypso offers many amenities - two Gulf-front pools (one of which is heated in the late fall, winter and early spring), beach-side Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, covered parking, and FREE WIRELESS INTERNET access in the unit.
Our eighth floor unit sleeps nine--a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, a bunk room for the kids (twin on top and double on the bottom), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. WE ALSO HAVE A PACK N PLAY AND A BOOSTER CHAIR FOR YOUR BABY - YOU WON'T NEED TO BRING ONE FROM HOME! Our unit has two full baths. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player.
If you enjoy cooking, take advantage of our upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cooktop, microwave and wet bar. Our unit also has a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience.
WE FURNISH BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY (IN SEASON) - THEY ARE ALREADY SET UP AND RESERVED FOR EACH DAY. THIS IS A $175 A WEEK VALUE! We also provide beach and pool toys, plus a selection of DVDs, books and games. There are 2 additional beach chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room closet that you can take to the beach.
Pier Park Shopping Center, across the street from Calypso, features Dillards, JCPenney, Target, Longhorn, 16-movie cinema, Panera Bread, 5 Guys Burgers & Fries, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Red Brick Pizza, Starbucks, Margaritaville, The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant, plus many more specialty shops and restaurants.
Calypso vacation resort is convenient to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, water parks, amusement parks, miniature golf, aquarium, zoo--you name it, Panama City Beach offers it!
Any time of the year, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets on your private balcony which can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom – just like paradise! Come to the Beach! Come to Calypso!

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over who will be occupying the premises.
State and County taxes (12%) are not included in the rates.
Housekeeping fee is included in weekly rentals only. $85 departure cleaning fee for stays of less than a week.
A security/damage deposit of $200 is required to reserve the unit. Renters are responsible for any and all damages to the unit, excluding normal wear and tear. The security/damage deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned to Guest within fourteen (14) days of departure.
Full payment for accommodations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

As a first-time visitor to Panama City Beach, I would have to say the ocean, beaches, sights and attractions were beyond spectacular. Thanks for allowing us into your beautiful condo, which has felt like the perfect home for the past 7 days and surpassed all expectations. We loved it here and cannot wait to return. We had a wonderful visit to Panama City Beach and the weather was perfect. This condo was very nice and located in probably the best area on the beach ... within walking distance of Pier Park, which is just fantastic, not to mention the fact that it's directly on the beach. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay here, and we will certainly be returning again.

We enjoyed our two months in your PCB unit at Calypso very much. The unit is comfortable and roomy. The best part is, of course, the deck and view of the gulf, beautiful sunsets, the roar of the water at night. The proximity to Pier Park is great. We walked there most every day and enjoyed the Mardi Gras festival there too... the parade of floats came right by the front of Calypso. We were so pleased you agreed to get the wireless installed as it helped my husband temendously with his work. Thank you so much for that and for providing us a lovely Florida winter. Lois Nanke

We had a very pleasant stay. Pier Park is wonderful and looks like its only going to get better as more stores and restaurants open up. Your condo is in an excellent location, the area is great with lots to do, and if we do return to PCB this is where we want to stay. Thanks for bringing the replacement blender. We did use it during our stay. We’re not even sure if we’ll be able to take a spring break vacation next year as our younger daughter will be in HS sports in the spring next year. We would love to return to PCB some time tho. Thanks again!
