Quietly tucked away along the Big Island's sunny Kohala Coast, the Fairway Villas are situated on ten acres of lush landscaping on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course - home of the most spectacular oceanfront par-five in Hawaii. The location provides a quiet and peaceful respite, while still being within walking distance to the BEACH, shops, dining, and more. (The Fairway Villas are much closer to these amenities than the Colony Villas and even closer to the beach than the 'Beach Villas')
This private gated community is only four years old and is elegantly designed in a contemporary Hawaiian plantation-style. The buildings are surrounded by an abundance of tropical trees and landscaping. This newer complex has numerous luxury features that include an infinity pool, elevated waterfall spa, poolside picnic area with gas barbecues, and an open-air workout room with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also free internet service and an information center on the property.
The interior of this villa has just been re-decorated with a fresh clean island decor. Additionally, the unit is appointed with granite countertops, newer GE appliances, washer/dryer, and a soaking tub in the large master bath. All the linens and kitchen supplies you'll need for a comfortable stay have been provided.
The location of our unit enables you to step right off the patio on to the huge expansive green lawn, making it feel like your own. Your children can play here in front of you while you enjoy cocktails or outdoor dining on the lanai with gorgeous sunset and mountain views. Beyond the lawn is the beautiful sixth fairway and the Kings Lake. A short walk on the path around the lake you'll find the Kings Shops, including Art Galleries, Starbucks, Whalers Market, Roy's restaurant, and more. The newly completed Queens Shops are also a short 3-4 minute stroll away. Offered here are more fine dining and retail options, plus over 30 new services.
