Beautiful house on a canal in the Hague. The house is perfectly located only 30 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and 20 minutes to the Flower Bulb Region, that is, the Keukenhof in Lisse.
The house is located in one of the best antique shopping areas of the Netherlands, that is, the Denneweg. It is a very upscale neighbourhood, which has a lot of spectacular restaurants, cafes and art galeries. It is on walking distance from museums and great shopping facilities.
Most of the embassies, the International Court of Justice and the Dutch Government Buildings or Buitenhof, are on walking distance.
This house was originally built in 1870 and still has many of the original beautiful details. It was completely renovated in 2004 in a very tasteful manner. It has a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and one half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 6 burner stove and oven. On the second floor, the bedroom is closed for owner storage.
The third floor has a charming full bathroom, with separate shower and bathtub and double vanity. This floor also has two bedrooms. One with a twin bed and a large walk-in closet and the other with two twin trundle beds.
The top floor of the house has the Master bedroom, with a queen size bed, plus a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
