Very safe and pleasant with the open-air market three times a week, on the main street of rue Monge and the daily colorful market of rue Mouffetard just five minutes walk. It is on the first floor with an elevator on half levels.
This cosy apartment measuring 90 square metres has two bedrooms and a big salon with parquet oak flooring. The terrace is accessible both by the bedroom and the bathroom.
It has parqueted flooring all over except the bathroom and the kitchen. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa which may be converted into a bed by night, TV, Stereo hi-fi, a dining table for six with chairs, one armchair and a fixed sofa.

THE BATHROOM is accessible from the corridor. It has a bathtub plus a separate shower next to it. It opens into the same terrace next to the master-bedroom. There is also a washing machine, a cabinet, a wash basin and a hair dryer.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, accessible from the corridor between the living room and the bedrooms.
