Also, we are only quarter mile away from 215 (Belt highway) and the new Red Rock Casino. The casino provides you with choices of five-star dining, night clubs with dancing and a 16 screen movie theater.
Appreciate being surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of the Red Rock Canyon. And your travel time to the Red Rock National Park from our home is only 5 minutes. Unwind in the privacy of the backyard which features a cozy out door sitting area under a covered patio.
Our gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped with plates, serving utensils, glass wear (wine,coffee, beer) and more.
We accommodate our guests with a dry cleaning service that pick-ups and delivers with a 25% discount. We also have a full size laundry room equipped with a Whirlpool touch tone washer and dryer(soap included).

The home is absolutely gorgeous! There was plenty of space for our family and the home provided everything needed. We alos really liked the location of the home. We were very close to shopping, restaurants, and Red Rock Casino. There were so many things to do just minutes away from the home. We could see the strip from the upstairs windows, as well as the beautiful mountains. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Las Vegas.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

this was a great property - we stayed with a family of 5 for a month and had plenty of space, a nice neighborhood, and we were super close to everything! summerlin is a beautiful community and the strip was so close. we loved it! the playground that was just down the road was unbelievable....we went there every day with our kids. great, great place!

Wonderful place to rent wwhether you are on a business trip or a family vacation. I rented this house for about four months while working in Indian Springs N.V. The environment was peaceful, quiet, and the house is very comfortable after a hard day at the job. Since I was here in Las Vegas, so long my family came out to visit and we were able to have family dinners together; instead of always eating out. Really enjoyed the house. The house is in an excellent location; only a short car ride to the strip and surrounded by wonderful restaurants if you chose to eat out. The community it's in provides a safe environment in case you would like to take an evening walk around the local park. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a safe and comfortable house for a business trip or a vacation

The place was perfect! It housed the 9 of us with plenty of room to spare. I really liked the quiet location. We went to the Red Rock Preserve and enjoyed the Visitor Center and the beautiful scenery. Your house was very close to the other relatives, as he lives off Town Center, so that the location was great. We took good care of your comfortable home; thanks for providing everything necessary!!

We have nothing but compliments for your home. It has an excellent layout and the decor was tasteful throughout. The furnishing and linen were adequate and made us feel totally at home. There were ample space in the right places so that no one felt crowded.It was also convenient that we had a modern kitchen thoughtfully equipped with utensils and condiments. This made the task of preparing quick meals even easier. The house is failry close to Las Vegas Attractions and to grocery stores and shopping malls. Its location in a pleasant neighborhood ensured that we didn't have to be concerned about security. I was very pleased w/our collective experience. Your home is an execellent place for resting while visiting Las Vegas and I would be glad to recommend it to anyone else considering its rental. I myself will seek to rent it again next time I visit Las Vegas.
