Great House With Short Walk to Beach
This fabulous, oceanside beach house has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The entry floor contains the rec room with pool table, stereo, TV and wet bar. There is a Queen Suite on this level. The middle floor has a King Suite, bedroom with pyramid bunks, a bedroom with two double beds, a bedroom with a daybed and a hall bathroom. The covered deck is on this floor, it has deck furniture and a porch swing. The top floor has the fully stocked kitchen, living area and a King Suite. The sun deck is on this level.
One of the greatest features of the house is the secluded lot. There are tree filled lots next to and across from the house. It has the feeling of a mountain resort with the beach 800 feet away! The privacy allows guests to enjoy the private pool, hot tub and basketball hoop. The large backyard has a volley ball court, horseshoe pit and gas grill.
Guests have use of bicycles, a portable beach canopy, beach chairs, sand toys, wagon and other sports equipment. There are board games, puzzles, books and a full video library.
The house rents from Saturday to Saturday.
