Our villa is quiet, spacious and complete with new furnishings professionally decorated in 2005 and will feel like your home away from home. We are animal lovers and welcome your pet to our villa. This first floor unit has 1,700 sq. ft. of living space with cathedral ceilings, plus a 400 sq. ft. lanai facing a private wooded preserve and your own private attached 2 car garage.
This newly built villa (2002) is located in the beautiful gated Coconut Shores Community, west of #41 on Coconut Road, 1/2 mile from the beautiful Hyatt Regency and 1/2 mile from the New Coconut Point Shopping Plaza. Minutes away from upscale shopping & restaurants at The Promenade, Miramar Outlets, two large Grocery stores, Barefoot Beach and more restaurants than we can list. Fifteen minutes from the Fort Myers Airport, and 20 minutes from downtown Naples. Raptor Bay Golf Club is 1/2 mile away located next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel with public access.

The lanai sliding glass doors fully open to bring the outdoors into the huge living room area. Neutral tile & hardwood floors throughout, with carpet in each bedroom.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has eat-in area. Beautiful dining room table seats 6 and is combined with the living area for a beautiful tranquil view onto the lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bay windows over looking the lanai, vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, night stands, armoire with TV, large master bath with huge jacuzzi size tub, glass enclosed shower and double sinks.
Second bedroom is on opposite end of villa for privacy, with two closets, queen size bed and full bath including full size tub and shower. The Den is off the formal entry including couch with sleeper sofa, desk and peaceful environment. This villa offers a fully equipped laundry room with full size washer / dryer.
