This safe community is tucked between the Reserve and The Tradition golf courses, located approximately half a mile from the Litchfield Beach Resort.
As our guests at this exclusive resort you will have access to one of the most pristine, white sand beaches in sunny South Carolina! The Resort has seven private, lighted tennis courts, a Starbucks, Webster’s Restaurant, jogging trails, bike paths, and a gift shop.
Each bedroom has a king size,cable television, with two bedrooms including a DVD player. The perfect retreat after a long day spent enjoying the sun and surf. If you feel like sitting around with the rest of the gang, the living room has two sofas,TV, and DVD. There is also a screened porch where you can read or just sit back and enjoy the ocean air.
Whether you’re fixing a snack or a meal, you’ll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen which has modern, stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats nine for meals.

If you are a golfer, you’ll love that our condo is just a five minute drive to Caledonia, True Blue, Willbrook, Pawley’s Plantation, The River Club, Heritage, The Tradition, and the Litchfield Country Club. The temperate climate of South Carolina makes golf a sport for all seasons.
If you are looking for a little more excitement, our condo is less than 30 minutes away from the bright lights and excitement of Myrtle Beach. You can shop or dance the night away at Broadway at the Beach, take in a show at the Carolina Opry, Imax, or Legends, or just cruise the famous “Ocean Drive Strip.” Kids will flip for the water parks and Alligator Adventure.
Murrel’s Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina, is only 10 minutes away and offers over 60 amazing restaurants, fishing, parasailing, and crabbing. The quaint, seaport city of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina, is a 20 minute drive. There you can tour a rice plantation and learn about South Carolina’s rich history.
Brookgreen Gardens (less than two miles away), one of the top five botanical gardens in the US, has sculptures, gardens, nature walks, alligator viewing, a mini zoo, and a riverboat ride. The 65 mile drive to beautiful Charleston is well worth the effort! There you can tour the city in a carriage and stroll through the outdoor Market. The New York Times (March 15, 2006), named Charleston as the new "hot spot" for fine dining, so be sure to take time for a delicious seafood dinner!
