Kitchens are fully equipped with large refrigerator/freezers, oven/stovetop, microwaves, coffeemakers, toaster ovens and everything you would need for meal preparation. Upper units have balconies and lower units have patios. Each unit also includes, cable TV, and DVD player and wireless internet. You may want to take a dip in the heated pool or perhaps enjoy a meal in the courtyard patio. You won't want to miss Carpenteria's spectacular sunsets!

Fantastic beach retreat. Great 2bdrm apartments with lots of room and a great floor plan. So close to the beach. Short walk to town and restaurants. Very relaxing environment. Excellent place for a little beach town getaway. Love Carpinteria!!!

We stayed here and it was GREAT! I can't say enough about this place. It was close to the beach, clean and there was lots of flowers outside that, made it look and smell so nice. Also the people that ran the place where very nice.
