This is the perfect one bedroom getaway and 25 miles from the area affected by the Lahaina fires. With a fantastic ocean view from the lanai, watching the sunset is an experience not to be missed. Keawakapu Beach is a short walk down the beautifully landscaped greenbelt with no streets to cross. And Wailea is a golfers' paradise, boasting some of the best and most beautiful courses in the world.
Vaulted ceilings in the living/dining room provide a comfortable, spacious feeling. The fully equipped and upgraded kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Granite counter tops complement the African mahogany cabinets and vanities. The bedroom features a king bed and a private bath. The second bath has a closet and full tub and can be closed off to provide a private dressing area for guests. Your own lanai, with dining for 4, and beautiful views is the perfect place to enjoy the evening. Or you can watch golfers just across the street from the bedroom lanai.

This unit is on the second (top) floor. It is well equipped with wireless internet access for those who bring their laptops. There is also a printer, scanner, fax machine should you need it. The smart TVs enable you to connect to your computer or your Netflix account in both the living room and bedroom should you want to watch a movie in the evening.

Wailea Ekahi is located between Kihei Town and the Wailea Shopping Mall. Golf, tennis, beaches, snorkeling, fabulous dining, celebrity mansions, luxury hotels and upscale shopping are all within walking distance.

You can walk to the beach in about 6-8 minutes; less time than it would take you to get to the elevator and cross the lobby of most hotels - and you save hundreds of dollars a night on rent. Parking is even free and there are no resort fees or tipping.

The incomparable coastal nature walkway in front of the Ekahi beach pavilion, passes more than a billion dollars of luxury hotels, celebrity mansions, lava flows and some of Maui's most beautiful sandy beaches.

Amazing week!

This unit exceeded our expectations! Everything we wanted or needed was there and the property was beautiful! Although we were in one of the condos farthest from the ocean, it didn’t matter! Views were amazing and walk was easy! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon!!

Amazing vacation

This condo was amazing! The condo was super clean and the grounds were landscaped beautifully! It truly felt like a slice of heaven. The condo had everything we needed and the owner Pat was so accommodating! The pools were perfect and it was just a short walk down to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! We hated to leave! If you are visiting Maui definitely book this property and it’s super close to all the shops and restaurants! Thanks again Pat we loved your unit and will be back one day! Mahola!

Relaxing Getaway

This condo is quite comfortable, clean and has a gorgeous view of not only Wailea Ekahi’s well manicured grounds, but a view of the ocean too. The six minute walk through the grounds to the main pool and beautiful beach gave us swimming and snorkeling options. Close to restaurants for meals and happy hours. We loved watching the sunset from the pavilion or Lanai. Some noise from the road but that is accounted for in the price. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Why they chose this property

George was an avid golfer, Peggy loved the beach and pools and they played tennis as a couple. Wailea Ekahi was a prefect fit.

What makes this property unique

Wailea Ekahi was built before high-rises became the norm so the views and landscaping are terrific. There are definite advantages to being in a condo: plenty of free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, no resort fees and ease of coming and going. Yet we are part of the Wailea Resort with golf and tennis privileges, are in walking distance to the luxury hotels, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Keawakapu beach in front of Ekahi, is one of the best anywhere in the world. The 1/3 mile walk to the beach is hilly, scenic and beautifully landscaped, and there are no streets to cross. Compared to neighborhood hotels, we are quite the bargain, hundreds of dollars less per night, with no hidden costs or gratuities ever expected. Our beach is not crowded and from the pavilion you can walk north to Kihei passing $20+ million dollar mansions and the small boat harbor. South from the pavilion, the mostly-paved trail passes luxury hotels, more mansions, and condos as well as more beautiful beaches. Because we are at the upper end of the development, our rents are lower than others in Ekahi, but a mile down the road, still in Wailea, rent can run $1800 a night - and you need to take a shuttle across a busy road to reach a small, crowded beach shared with a large hotel! Note as well that this year I am keeping our rents extra low by comparison because there is new condo construction across the street. The worst of the noise is over now, but week day construction will last awhile longer.
