The sun deck is complete with bath house, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, charcoal grills and trellis. Enjoy 300 feet of deeded beach access.

The master bedroom and bunkroom have TV's with VCR and DVD players while the living area boasts a large screen TV.

  • My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in June 2009, and we were extremely pleased with the condo. Besides the location and pool which were perfect for us, the condo was better furnished than any other that we'd ever rented. The view from the balcony was great,and being able to walk to Captain Dave's was another plus. We've been visiting Destin and Navarre for many years, and this condo was one of our favorites. The price was very reasonable for this location! I hope we can stay here again many times in our future.

The condo and entire complex is extremely well maintained. I would highly recommend the condo to others. The owner is very easy to communicate with as well. Pool is fabulous!   • This condo is very elegant. My family and I enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back next year. The condo has everything you could possibly need and then some. I was really impressed with the children's area. The children always had everything in their bunk area including their own t.v. and games to play. We enjoyed the dognopoly game very much. We played for hours. I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for all your nice hospitality.
