Probably one of the coolest things about this home is that it is just one mile outside the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. So from your door to incredible skiing at Snowbird and Alta ski resorts, you are about 10 miles. Add a short 7 miles and go to the Big Cottonwood Canyon and you can ski Solitude and Brighton (a local favorite). Both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are also well known for their incredible hiking and biking trails.
When you are finished skiing, hiking or biking for the day, you can come back to your home in the valley with quick access to Salt Lake and surrounding activities, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment and more.
In your vacation home, just for fun, you have a foosball table, a ping pong table,and there is even a speed bag for punching. There is also new HDTV with cable.
