Very well kept condo overlooking ocean and inter coastal- clean modern and comfortable with great owners- will be pleased to rent again whenever we are in the area

The condo was in excellent condition, with a superb view to the ocean and good general facilities. The location was very practical for exploring the coast, and yet close to local restaurants, shops & beach. The owner was very easy to deal with, adaptable and true to his word. The advert is accurate and I would strongly recommend this condo to others. We had a memorable 2-week holiday over Christmas/ New Year. Many thanks.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday and just loved it. The views are spectacular. The pool and hot tub are wonderful---quiet, protected from too much wind or sun. The beach is only a short walk away and was terrific. The kitchen was top notch. Completely clean. Secure parking. And you can buy fresh fish when the sportfishing boat comes in right below the building. Plenty of nearby things to do. It really was perfect for 4 adults (though it looks like kids stay there too).

This was the perfect place for us with the fantastic view of the ocean and the very convenient proximity to the beach. The condo provided all the amenities and was very spacious. Kris and Dave added to our experience with their gracious hospitality.
